C7 Powers are manifesting

"Relax Hazel, we're friends now, Wendy is not going to do anything." She assured me, I had to sit back and watch this new episode unfold

Wendy and the two other bimbos approached our table and when they were right in front of us, they stopped and turned around to face us.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here, The Mysterious Alphas daughter, her best friend and the mighty Kayla." She said sarcastically.

"Wendy, what do you want this time?." Charlotte asked but Kayla remained undisturbed.

"You dare talk to me like that, I think you need to borrow some respect." She said and with that she motioned to one of her bimbos. "Sweetie, can you pls lend this girl some respect." She said.

As those words escaped her lips, the bimbos walked over to slap Charlotte, but before she could fulfill that, Kayla caught her hands mid air.

"Don't you even dare." Kayla warned with a stern voice.

Remind me to always hang out with a gangster girl on my side next time.

Before I could process what was going on, Wendy moved over to where I was sitting and yanked my hair and just immediately Kayla sent a slap to Wendy's face.

"Do you want to test me?." Kayla asked with a triumphant smile on her face.

"Kayla, you slapped me because of this maniac and her stupid best friend?." Wendy asked holding her face and sniffing I'm the tears that were threatening to fall.

When I heard her call me Maniac, I felt something change in my body, I felt anger, I felt the sudden urge to put her in her place. My whole body was shaking, as I tried to console myself and almost immediately, no one knew what actually sent Wendy flying to the other part of the cafe. She hit her back on the wall and started bleeding profusely from her head.

I felt Charlotte shaking me and soon, I felt normal.

I looked around to see everyone gaping at me like I had developed horn's. I looked at Kayla and Charlotte and they were looking at me with the same visible shock on their face. I looked at the two bimbos and they looked frightened and Wendy-barbie was almost dying.

"What's going on?." I asked Kayla and Charlotte bit instead Kayla said calmly.

"Let's get out of here." And with that, she pulled me up and Charlotte followed as we exited the Cafe.

We were out now, and none of them was saying anything or at least explaining. I tried to search my memory and all.i could remember was when Wendy came in with her bimbos, and when she insulted me,. and how angry I felt. I was confused.

"Charlotte, is something wrong?." I asked Charlotte as we three came to an abrupt halt.

Charlotte looked over to Kayla, and they exchanged glances.

"What happened back there in the Cafe?." Kayla asked staring intensely at me.

"No idea." I said as simply as I could.

"What happened when your eyes where glowing, I've never seen them glow before." Charlotte asked glaring at me.

"My eyes were glowing?." I asked full of surprise.

"Mmhmmm, yeah." They replied simultaneously.

"And so what else happened?." I asked with keen interest.

"Kayla, you tell her." Charlotte said as she looked away.

"Fine." She replied. "When Wendy called you maniac, you appeared angry, bloodthirsty, you looked furious as a beast and just then your eyes began glowing, bright green and blue, and as you raised the tip of your finger, it was as if there was a force field that sent Wendy flying. And the next thing, we all knew was that Wendy, was bleeding, almost dying." She explained and that threw me off guard.

"Can you now explain to us what happened?." Charlotte asked mopping at me.

"I don't know what happened, I don't know how it happened but I know someone who can answer this question." I said but I regretted the next minute. I'm not supposed to let anyone know of Ava.

And immediately, Charlotte faced me.

"Hazel, what's going on, you've been acting all strange since the moment you woke up, firstly it's talking with something I can't see and now your eyes glows and you throw people with just your finger. And out of the blues, you say that you know someone who can explain. What's going on? Talk to me. Friends tell don't they?." She said almost tearing up.

Just them, Kayla said. "Even if she's to say a word, it's not here, this place isn't safe Enough. And I also know a thing about people who their eyes glow. Let's go into the woods, it'll be safer there.

And with that, we started heading towards the woods. We got out of earshot and Charlotte came to a halt.

"I think here is okay, for Hazel to start explaining." She said and they all looked at me with keen interest.

"Well, the thing is that I don't know anything about what happened back there so I can't explain." I said and that threw them off guard.

"And what do you mean by that?" Charlotte shot back, shooting me a hard glower.

"Yeah, what do you mean?." Kayla also asked glaring at me.

And just then, I heard a strange sound coming from the bushes, something in my instincts told me there was danger around, but I don't know how.

"Shhhh, do you girls hear that?" I asked to be sure I'm not the only hearing it.

"Hear what?." They both asked looking at me.

"You don't hear that sound?" I asked again.

"No, we don't hear anything." They both replied simultaneously.

I looked around and I felt whatever danger that was getting closer, I felt it, it was really Strong, and it was near.

"We need to get out of here, I feel like we're being monitored or followed." I said hastily.

"Hazel, you're acting strange, why would anyone want to monitor us?." Charlotte asked looking at me with a frown.

"Let's go." I screamed and pulled the duo up as I made way to run.

"Not so fast lovelies." A voice echoed behind us and with that we came to a halt.
