There was a rule for Soul Formation: the more spiritual energy a cultivator had, the longer they would be able to maintain it, and the more spiritual energy they would be able to absorb. The more one absorbs, the greater the potential of the cultivator and the faster one's cultivation would be in the future. Under normal circumstances, a Nascent Soul would only take two hours
