Takara was in the midst of fighting a female war yokai named Oshita Wakamatsu.

Damn. Youkai are tricky creatures to deal with, if I remember my myths and legends correctly. The worst of them are the war yokais, who are said to be nobles among the youkai. And war yokais can summon yokais of lower ranks to help them in a fight, and that's what makes war yokais hard to deal with
