Ravi went to his office; he wrote a letter indicating that he was instructed by Mr Lewis to collect the sum of five billion rand within three days. The letter was addressed to Mr Glen Edwards with Ravi’s company letter head. He decided not to delegate this matter to his subordinate since it was instructions from Mr Anthony, so he decided to go to the Edwards Group himself
