C49 Chapter 48

Yes! It's obvious, right? I wouldn't be here if... if I didn't love him anymore, right? My shoulder went limp causing it to fall and then I tiredly looked at Trigger.

This man who is in my bed now even though he just takes it for granted, even though he only thought of me as a bedwarmer before and now he is a woman he accidentally gave birth to, even knowing that he will never love me because for sure he thinks of me as a dirty woman, I still really love him. "Is it still my choice? I miss Mama so much, I'm still worried about her." He brought his body closer to mine and then he slowly brought his face to my face and then felt his soft lips on mine.

My heart is beating very fast. I was restless and I was about to throw up rainbows when I felt his lips slowly move against mine when I was about to answer his kisses, he slowly pulled away from our kiss. I was going to chase his lips but he kissed me on the forehead so I was glued to my seat.

He reached for the marriage contract that was on my bedside table and then he took out a ballpoint pen from his pocket and handed it to me but I didn't immediately reach it. My gaze shifted from him to the paper and to the shaking hands slowly when he reached for the paper and ballpoint pen. My breathing quickened and I was restless. Shall I sign or shall I sign? But I don't have a choice! Mama or Cipher? My mind still asks me. I bit my lower lip. I automatically answered to myself if I was asked - is that still being asked?

"Just take it easy, Seńyorita, maybe you and your baby will catch up." Maddie told me right away. He even supported me to lean against the headboard of my bed. I smiled at him as a thank you. I still couldn't believe that we were going back to Trigger's city so I asked him again.
