C3 CHAPTER 3

Daniella intended to just enjoy her trip, but after meeting him, she had to rethink her plans. She had an inspired notion for how Marcus Madrigal may be of assistance to her. Anyway, the man was a flirt and enjoyed dawdling, so he would not object to being exploited in that manner. She thought that everyone had a cost, and she would go to any length to obtain him.

"Hmmm, Marcus is a good fit for you. You have the appearance of an ancient gladiator, and I admire your eyes. They are blue and soulful," she asserted emphatically, without concern about the qualities that a respectable lady should possess.

Marcus was unsurprised by her candour. To be honest, he'd be surprised if she claimed to be someone she wasn't. "You're direct and honest...which I like," he responded, but the woman's deft manner of speaking scared him.

"I am aware. As a result, I believed we were now buddies." She started following their handshake. "If you require a companion here, contact me." She handed him her calling card and offered him a beautiful smile. Daniella believed she saw him make a facial expression as she handed him her card but opted to disregard it.

Marcus was taken aback by her conduct. Not only was the woman direct, but also arrogant! Was she simply looking down on him? She acted too grandiose for his own good when she handed him her business card. "I have no need for a buddy, Dani. However, I can always welcome a lady into my bed," he said, and Marcus noticed Daniella's eyes glistening with wrath. He was aware that she was insane, but he regretted having introduced himself to his customer. He was forced to adjust it by keeping a safe distance from the woman.

She was well aware that he was a buffoon, but who cares? She needed just his body and the sperm he could inject into her womb! "I see; I'll see you then."

She avoided looking him in the eye and remained silent inside the elevator. To be honest, she was upset by his recent statement that he didn't require a companion but was always willing to welcome a lady into his bed. She felt compelled to tell him the truth in order to reclaim her pride. "On which floor?" She dared to inquire when she discovered he had forgotten to punch his floor number, and she was naturally inquisitive.

"Nineteen," he said.

Daniella clutched the railing, as she felt herself collapsing with excitement. When she observed his troubled look, another thought occurred to her. "Oh no," she said, massaging her brow and tightening her grip on the handle. She gradually slumped her body into his muscular hands, admiring herself for being such a wonderful performer.

"Are you all okay, Daniella?" Marcus rushed to her aid and caught her just as she was about to fall to the floor. When she failed to respond, he was forced to carry her outside and into her room. Marcus rummaged in her bag outside her hotel room door, looking for the card key.

Daniella was perplexed as to how Marcus was able to determine her specific room number prior to discovering the card key. Could he be a next-door neighbor or the resident of the room just across from hers? Regardless, the moment had not yet come to ask him those questions. The critical point was that her strategy had worked...exceptionally brilliantly.

Marcus positioned the woman on bed, then massaged her fingers and lightly pressed on the tender place between her thumb and index finger. He discovered that it was an effective method for Daniella to regain consciousness.

Because the manner he squeezed and massaged the area between her two fingers had become unpleasant, she chose to reawaken and stirred in bed.

"At long last, you're awake. How are you feeling?" Marcus enquired.

"I am quite OK, thank you." She responded.

“Good,” Marcus stood and moved towards the door to go out.

Daniella was unhappy because her plan included flaws. She sprang from her bed and walked towards him before he could turn the doorknob to open it. "I was unable to express my gratitude," she remarked as she stopped him from leaving.

"It's all right. By the way, I had no idea you can act pretty well." Marcus remarked. He was not so naive when she began acting strangely on the elevator.

Daniella's eyes widened in panic. Thus, he was aware and yet remained silent and unresponsive. What would be her next course of action? Plan A has failed, and she will never again have the opportunity to be this close to him!

She examined his hands with care, and before he could open the door, she rushed quickly and smacked him with a bottle of wine. There should never be another blunder, so she made certain to strike him hard.

Marcus fell to the ground, and she masked her cry. She knelt and pressed a finger across his nose to determine whether he was still breathing. What she did previously was dangerous, and it could have killed someone! After confirming that he was still alive, she pushed mightily to get his strong frame into her bed. She made progress gradually, and once he was on the bed, she searched for something she could use to restrain him.

"I'm sorry," she said softly in his ear. She then rummaged through her suitcase for anything she might use to immobilize him.

She was relieved when she discovered the shrink wrap on her bag. There were oddities in the airport, such as someone slipping an illicit substance or a gunshot into another passenger's suitcase. As a precaution, she purchased a shrink wrap to secure her baggage yesterday. While this may sound absurd, several tourists managed quite well.

Daniella covered Marcus' body in shrink wrap from shoulder to toes, much like she would a food item she wished to preserve in the refrigerator. He appeared to be rather amusing, and it would be a waste not to photograph him in shrink wrap. The camera snapped numerous times, and she only stopped shooting pictures when she realized she was squandering her important time on trivial matters.

“I’m really sorry but I hope you will cooperate,” she whispered.
