Wilgreg signed all the documents from his father prepared and given to him by Atty. Ferrer. Without wasting any minute, Atty. Ferrer notarized all Wilgreg’s signed documents. He handed to Wilgreg his own copies of all the documents while the other copies were left in his hands.

After Atty. Ferrer left, Wilgreg looked at the documents again
