Wow that tasted good.. And oh the fried lobster that Mrs Boison brought tasted superb.. I enjoyed the food more than those classy hotels and restaurant have been going.. And as a matter of fact, it was my first time eating with my hands and it so good. The pancake and the hibiscus drink. I will have to thank Queen later. I said as i slammed into my chair..
QUEEN POV
I think my boss really enjoyed himself.. I was happy when he ordered for another fish.. My aunt was very happy when he realised my boss was enjoying his food. He is quite a gentleman i must confess. He was shocked when the cashier told him our bill was 200cedis.. What? I freaked out wanting to do the calculations well . But he just smiled and handed 500cedis to Simon who i knew had cheated us..
Sir please he said 200 oh and he is even telling lies..it must be 130.. I said in a defensive tone.Erhe...so ?? he said lifting his brows..God dammit i said and snatched the money from Simon but to my surprise he took it back, gave it to him and held my hand dragging me away..
Thank you aunt Sandra we will come back again. okay oh handsome anytime aunt said laughing out loud..bye my loving daughter..
(AWUDU m3 ba b3gye nsisa no..woate wodi ah woawu )I said in my local dialect meaning I would come for my change and you I will kill you if you spend it to avoid my boss from hearing.. Only to be laughed at by my Aunt and Simon.Queen and money. I heard my aunt say as i was being forced in to the car.. I was so annoyed to the extent that i didn't talk to the boss the whole day..he could have dash that money to me nah.
Days turned into weeks and weeks into a month, the relationship between Queen and Jumong grew stronger.. They were now friends and would hung out anytime they were free.. Jumong saw a comforter in her and Queen saw an advisor in him. They were there for each other.. Queen finally resigned from the marketing department and became his personal assistant fully.. Through those times they normally have lunch at Hero's HOME. And Jumong had enjoyed her fufu(a local food) with different soups ; light soup, groundnut soup and rice. he really loved that place. Queen was indeed enjoying her job because due to the tips she received from her boss everyday and the bonus she receive from the accounting department,she was becoming financially stable. She saw a glow in his boss' eyes the day she told him she is not having a boyfriend. They would text eachother even when they close from work and on weekends. Unknowingly to her she tells him even when she wants to go out with friends. He sometimes ask her not to go and she listens.
Is friday afternoon and Queen was as usual finishing up her work to go for lunch with Jumong, when a stylish lady entered into the office..
LADY; Is Jumong I mean your boss around?(she said without greeting)
As Queen was about to reply , Mr.Sakyiamah emerged from the office and interrupted..
MR.SAKYIAMAH; Hello who do we have here?
LADY; AH hello! Is my love around?
Queen got the shock of her life when the lady refer to Jumong as her love..
Just then Jumong came out of his office ready to go for lunch but startled at the sight of the lady he just saw... Before he could say Jack,the lady rushed and planted a kiss on his lips..He struggled then gave the lady a slight push backwards..
JUMONG; Hey what was that?
LADY; Oh sorry honey i miss you so much so couldn't control myself..
JUMONG; Miss who?are you ok?
JUMONG;(looking at Queen who pretended was busily typing only God knows)Are the files ready?
QUEEN; Almost. please will drop it on your desk in the next 15mins..(avoiding looking at his face)
JUMONG; Hmm ok.(then turning to the lady) let's talk somewhere..
He said and went ahead followed by Mr Sakyiamah and the lady.. Queen don't know how fast it happened but she started crying.

What is wrong with me? Why am i crying? Is it because the lady called him his love or is because the lady kissed him? Or is it that he went out with the lady without telling me anything? In all how do i care? Have i perhaps fallen in love with him.. Oh goodness what's happening to me?And who is this lady?
ANNA POV
Anna Martin is my name.. The only daughter of Mr and Mrs Marthin..Yes i am the only girl among the five children of my parents.. And being the last born i was pampered to the extreme.. I lacked nothing.. I am the heiress to my father's real estate.Yes that's because my brothers are my step, and my mother ofcourse made sure I am the only heiress . Everything is mine.My family will say are very rich and influential but of course not to the standard of the Hanson's.. More reason why my parents urged me to go out with the great Jumong the only heir to the Hanson empire.. I will say i love Jumong but i love his money more.. He was the only man that could stand my extravagant attitude..Never was any amount that i mention to Jumong too huge for him.Throughout our one year being together did i lack anything.. I became the top girl and the most influential in Amstardam.. I would always go home with the jewel or dress at any auction...
Gosh I remember when he sent me to the Burkinham palace where i sat on the same dining table and dine with the royals...Aww damn i so much love the luxury and am not leaving it for anything.
The journey to kimpiski was a quiet one..Neither did Jumong or I spoke a word to eachother.. Anna i will say was scared to start a conversation with Jumong.. Therefore to avoid him from dropping me which of course would have happened , I decided to keep mute..They finally reached Kimpiski and was urshured to the VVIP section with great respect...
15MINS later, Jumong broke the silence...
JUMONG; When did you arrive in the country?
ANNA; yesterdays afternoon..
JUMONG; Hmmm! I see..
Just then they were interrupted by the waitress.. Asking them what they would want to have..
JUMONG; water please
Anna; Ermmmm samosa and an orange juice.
Mr Sakyiamah; Pineapple juice please..
After the order,Jumong continued playing with his phone until their orders were served..
ANNA;Can you excuse us?(snapping her fingers at Mr.Sakyiamah)
Jumong immediately gave her the "what is that look"which made her scared..She immediately looked away regretting her statement..
Mr.Sakyiamah;Ermmmm...ok mum....excuse me sir..he said smiling...he immediately got up and occupied the next table with his juice.
ANNA; Didn't mean to be rude i just thought we needed privacy..And perhaps he should know better..
Jumong pretended not to have heard her and continued typing only God knows on his phone..
JUMONG; Anna what is it? What do you want from me?
ANNA;Come on King.. should you ask your fiancee this question?
JUMONG; Don't be ridiculous Anna. .Who is your fiancee? when was the last time we spoke .hey hurry up ,eat your food and get your ass off here..
They had a boring lunch and later on left for the office..Anna felt rejected by Jumong.She angrily slammed herself into her sofa when she got home..Proud stupid fool.. who does he think he is.. Ana told her bestie Stella how bad her lunch went.
ANNA;To think of it,Jumong is having a pretty lady as his secretary..but she looks quite rude..poor bitch..
STELLA;Really?is she cute?(she said turning herself in a sexy way)
ANNA:(scoff;dull but she was rude i need to know much about her..
STELLA;Please leave that poor thing alone..rolling her eyes...She said nonchalantly
