C21 Behind Closed Doors

Aurora’s POV

Nick leads me through a series of elegantly decorated corridors, each more opulent than the last. As we approach another door, my curiosity gets the better of me.

“How many rooms do you have here?” I ask, glancing up at him with a mix of disbelief and fascination.

“Forty,” he replies nonchalantly.

“Forty? Forty rooms?” I almost squeal, my eyes widening.

“Yes
