C5 We are now husband and wife
I smile up at him as he grins back at me. He grabs my hand, pulling me from the shower.
“Let’s get married today.” He whispers again in my ear, his tone dark.
“Okay,” I say again.
I go through the motions of getting ready. I put on a tight black dress and slip on my high heels. I pull my hair into a high bun, smiling as I look at my reflection. I look like a perfect bride.
“Ready?” He asks me as he opens the door.
“Yes.” I nod.
We walk out of the room, holding hands. We walk downstairs and he leads me to his limousine.
I smile as I see my friend and her husband there waiting for us. I wave as he opens the door for me, helping me inside. His car drives to the church and we all walk inside.
“Are you sure this is what you want?” My best friend asks me as we stand at the end of the aisle.
“Yes.” I nod. “I know it’s fast, but he really cares about me.”
“I hope so.” She shrugs.
“Marry me.” He murmurs to me.
“Okay.” I whisper. “Yes.”
I look up at him, feeling my eyes water. He grins down at me as he slides a gold ring onto my finger. It sparkles in the light, the diamond twinkling. I look up at him again, feeling my heartbeat in my chest.
“I love you,” he whispers.
“I love you too,” I whisper back.
“Then be my wife,” he whispers again.
“Yes,” I say again. “I will.”
He grins, leaning down to kiss my mouth. My best friend and her husband cheer, clapping their hands.
He pulls back, smiling down at me.
“I love you.” He says again, his voice loud now. “I love you more than life itself.”
“I know.” I smile. “I feel the same way.”
I think about my ex, but then I push thoughts of him away. I’m moving on with my life now.
M
He smiles, pulling me in for another kiss as the priest announces us as husband and wife.
“Making love to me,” he whispers in my ear.
“Later.” I whisper back.
“You want to make love?”
“Yes,” I say. “I do.”
“We will.” He leans down, kissing my cheek. “First, we have to celebrate.”
“Okay,” I murmured against his cheek.
He wraps his arms around my waist, holding me close.
“You’re so soft.” He murmurs.
“I know.”
“You’re soft everywhere.” He leans down to whisper in my ear again. “Even between your thighs.”
“Yes,” I sigh. “I know that.”
He kisses me again and then we walk back down the aisle to his limousine.
His car takes us to a private party. A private party with only us in it. We sit down on the couch and he reaches over to hand me a champagne glass.
“To our marriage.” He says, holding up his champagne.
“To our marriage.” I echo, clinking our glasses together.
I sip my champagne and he sips his. He reaches over to grab my thigh, moving his hand up the inside of my dress.
I gasp as I feel my dress move up my thighs. He slides his fingers between my lips, rubbing across my pink flesh.
“Already wet.” He murmurs. “This is really good for me.”
He rubs my sensitive nub and I gasp again, looking over at him. His eyes are on me as he plays with me and I blush.
“What are you doing?” I ask him, biting my lower lip.
“I’m getting you ready for me.” He whispers, his tone dark. “Do you like that?”
I gasp and then I nod.
“I do.” I whisper.
“That’s good.” He smiles.
I hear a knock on the door and then it opens. My friend comes in with her husband.
“Sorry to interrupt,” she says.
“That’s okay,” Jeremy says. “We were just enjoying some alone time.”
“That’s understandable.” She smiles. “How are you enjoying marriage?”
“It’s going really well.” I blush. “Thank you for asking.”
“We’re really happy for you.” She says, smiling at me. “We always knew that you were meant to be with someone else. Not Dave.”
“Dave?” He asks. “Who is that?”
“My ex.” I say quickly.
“Oh.” He shrugs. “I don’t want to talk about him.”
I smile as he leans down to kiss my cheek.
“Will you come to our housewarming party?” She asks him.
“Of course.” He smiles at her. “What day is it?”
“Tomorrow,” she says. “At 2pm.”
“Great.” He nods. “We’ll see you there.”
They smile and then they leave the room. I stand up, walking over to the bathroom.
“Where are you going?” He asked me.
“I have to go to the bathroom,” I whisper, walking out the door. “I’ll be back soon.”
“Okay,” he says back. “Go ahead.”
I walk into the private bathroom and turn the lock.
“What’s that?” I hear a voice ask.
I gasp, turning around to see my ex and my sister standing in the bathroom door.
“How did you get in here?” I ask them.
“That’s not important,” Abby says, crossing her arms. “What’s important is that you need to break up with him.”
“What?” I blink.
“We’re married now.” I shake my head. “I can’t just break up with him.”
