Hannah came back upstairs an hour later to find John propped up in bed, deep into a book.

She settled down in front of the computer and scanned through the translation John had completed. Though she couldn't read German, the text looked meticulous and thorough.

What caught her off guard, however, was a name sitting right at the bottom of the German resume: Ethan
