C13 Acquaintances

Lara POV

The wedding reception went on well, it was the best day of my life.

We headed towards the villa after the reception, I entered my room. I was very tired so I took a shower and wore a black lace nighty which Sarah had gifted me.

I began to brush my hair, suddenly my room door unlocked and Christof entered my room. He laid on the bed and stared at me for a long time. I could observe him from the mirror.

After a few seconds, he approached me and pulled me towards him, "I think I am falling for you Addison", he whispered in my ears.

He then began to kiss me, the kiss was very gentle and sweet so I kissed him back as I couldn't resist kissing him back.

He then carried me into his arms and put me on the bed, he began to kiss my neck.

I wanted to take things slow so I told him that I'm not in the mood.

"You are not feeling good, you don't like me kissing you Addison?" He questioned.

"I want to take things slow, I want to know you, Christof, for now, we are just acquaintances " I replied.

He was now very angry "acquaintances I see"

"I can understand Addison, I have been acting rudely with you, I know that you are hurt because of me, I am so sorry Addison", he said.

"Christof I forgave you for what you have done with me, I just want to take things slow, I want to know more about you, I know that you are not that kind of person that everyone thinks of, you have a heart Christof, I can feel that", I said.

"If you forgave me then why can't we take another step Addison",he replied.

"I want to take things to the next level but I need some more time christof, please try to understand my situation, I need to get over this, you we are married because of this contract", I said.

"Screw this contract Addison, forget about that contract, forget about what happened, think of us, you and me addison", I am in love with you, the very first time I saw you I had that feeling for you, back then I didn't realise what was it, so I tried to hide my feelings from you, I tried to hurt you, but how much I hurt you it hurts be back, because I love you Addison", he added.

"I am sorry Christof please leave me alone",I said.

"Did I say something wrong Addison, I am sorry if I did", he replied.

"Christof please leave me alone, ease christof!!!", I added.

He replied with anger,

"Okay fine then!!"

He left the room by banging the door from behind.

Christof POV

I left the room by banging the door from behind as I was too angry with Addison.

How can she say that we are just acquaintances? We have been together for a month and more.

I told her how I felt about her, I didn't expect this kind of reaction from her.

I have never been open with anyone in my life except my ex.

I filled my glass with beer a began to have it with in anger,

I asked Jared to get a girl for me as I was in the mood. Jared did as I said.

I went to the other room and waited for the girl to arrive. The girl arrived and she wore a sexy red lace dress, her cleavage exposed.

She came towards me and began to give me a lap dance. But I was not attracted to that girl as I started to have feelings for Addison.

Soon I came to my senses and realised that I am married, I can't cheat on my Addison with this prostitute.

I told the young lady to leave and I began to think about Addison. I need to give her time.

I felt that I didn't need this contract anymore as I wanted Addison to be my wife forever. I was in love with Addison.

I couldn't stop thinking about Addison the entire time.

I am not interested in any other women except Addison, my heart and body are now only of Addison's.

I left the room, Jared was sitting outside on the couch in living area,

"What happened to you Christof not interested in that young lady?"He asked.

"I realised that I am doing something really stupid, for a moment I forgot that I am married now, I can't cheat on the women who I love", I said.

"I knew that you were in love with her the very first time you saw her", Jared said.

"How do you know that I was in love with her?", I asked him.

"Christof don't forget that I am you best friend, I know you very well, you have never saw any girl in that way, the way you saw Addison the very first time",

"I could see love in your eyes for her, he tried your best to hide your feelings but you couldn't hide it from me", he added.

"I know, I am lucky to have you as my friend and supporter Jared", I said.

"okay now tell what exactly happened, why are you so angry?", he asked.

"I wanted to take things to the next level, but she said that we are just Acquaintances, she wants some more time", I replied.

she is right in her path Christof, if she needs more time give her, let her know you better, spend some more time with her, tell her more about yourself, you will also get to know her likes and dislikes, trust me this is the only way to bring her close to you, I know she loves you too Christof, she just needs some more time, so give it to her",he said.

"Yes you are right Jared, I will give her some more time, thank you Jared", I replied

"Good night Jared", saying that I headed towards my room. I entered the room where Addison was.

When I entered the room I saw that Addison was fast asleep so I slept beside her and hugged her from behind her body was so soft and delicate.
