C6 IS THIS IT?

“ Wakey, wakey” Origen says banging on the door. I groan, and turn a little.

“ Wake up Melanie” Bion says behind me. I feel him stretching, but I still don't move. Usually it takes me about five minutes before I can get out of bed. Why? Well when I wake up I am unable to control my muscles for sometime before I eventually can. It's like morning paralysis.

“ Melanie” Bion calls again, shaking me.

“ I will be up in five minutes” I mumble under my breath, still not making any attempt to move.

“ Get up now” he growls. Well keep growling I am still not moving an inch, at least until five minutes.

“ Five minutes” I murmur

“ Fine, but we leave in ten” he says, walking away. I groan in response.

MINUTES LATER

“ Let's go boys” I yell, clapping my hands. I don't know why but I feel very energetic today. Origen runs down the stairs.

“ What's with the energy today?” he asks, smirking. I frown a bit.

“ Meaning?” I still frown.

“Yesterday you were like, I am sorry Macho. Oh this oh that, causing noise with your cries and all” he mimics me in a failed attempt he thinks is a girlish voice. I start laughing, and stop all of a sudden then give him a hard smack on his head.

“ Ouch!!!!!” he yelps. “ What was that for?” he asks, rubbing his head.

“ For mocking me you dimwit” I say, sticking my tongue at him.

“ You will pay for that” he says, meaningly making me move back a bit.

“ Don't you dare” Bion's voice stops his hand halfway.

“ She smacked me first” Origen whines while stomping his foot like a child.

“ Gosh such a baby” I murmur under my breath not without sticking my tongue at him again in sheer happiness.

“ He only acts like one but trust me he isn't” Macho says coming down the stairs.

“ Of course” I roll my eyes.

“ HYPATIOS!!!!!” the three of them yell at once.

“ Coming gosh” Tios yells back while jogging down the stairs.

“ Gosh you dress up like a girl” Origen groans.

“ And you act like one” Tios snaps back. I think he is angry.

“ Grumpy” Macho says smiling

“ Let's go guys” Bion says, grabbing my hand while rushing out.

“ Wait up” I hear the boys yelling behind us. We all got into Bion's car and off to school we went.

AT SCHOOL

“Make sure you don't take this hoodie off” Bion warns sternly.

“ Yes sir” I say giggling with a little salute.

“ Okay bye” he murmurs, pecks my lips and walks away as if it's the most natural thing to do. Oh my freaking toast Bion Anaxagoras pecked me. I feel like flying. My whole body feels giddy.

“ Did he just do that?” I ask no one in particular.

“ Of course he did you dummy” a voice says behind me. I turn to see a lady.

“ Who are you?” I ask, she smirks and walks away.

Okkk that was weird. What the heck just happened I am seriously confused.

“ Here is the bitch” a familiar voice says pushing me down. I look up to see Sabrina and her gang.

“ Isn't it enough already Sab?” I ask her looking directly into her eyes. Sabrina used to be my best friend until that horrible day. I know she is in pain, but I didn't mean to do it. If only she would let me explain.

“ How dare you call me that? You have no right. It's all your fault. I hate you, it burns just seeing you. I wish I could just kill you” she shouts at me marching me on my belly. Her minions join her and they begin to beat me.

Pain, I feel terrible pain but it's not from the beating. It's her words that tore down all my walls. I love Sab, and even with everything she is doing to me I still love her so much. But it hurts that she thinks it's my fault when all I wanted to do was to stand by her.

“ I am so sorry Sab” I murmur. Not knowing what I have done to deserve this.

“ We have a class now” Mandy says, trying to pull her away from me.

“ I don't care let me teach her a lesson for coming to school with my man” and Sabrina yells. I get really angry. Bion is mine.

“ It's with Bion” Sophia, the other one says.

“ I will be back for you” she stomps her foot on my hand. I hear a bone move making me scream in agonising pain, but of course she doesn't care and walks away.

“ Here, take my hand. I'll help you up” and a voice says. It's a girl with really long platinum hair. She has blue eyes. She is a damsel. I take her hen and she helps me up.

“ Thanks” I murmur.

“ You shouldn't let her treat you like that” she says. I just shrug. You won't understand it's more than that. I want to say, but I don't.

“ My name is Callisto Chara” she says weird name.

“ I am Melanie Spane” I replied.

“ Cute. I am in grade 12 and you?” she asks.

“ Same”

“ Cool let's go” she yelps, dragging me to class. Gosh she is energetic. Totally an Origen type.

AT LUNCH

“ How is your hair so long?” I ask curiously. Her hair is almost to her knee. I mean I am shocked. It gives her this angel look. So innocent yet so dangerous.

“ I love it long and it grows quickly” she says, bouncing in her seat as she stuffs loads of sandwiches into her small mouth. I stare at her, my jaw almost on the floor. How the heck do all those sandwiches fit in her mouth?

“ Calm down so you don't choke” I say slightly tapping her.

“ I am fine. I just love food. It strengthens me for a fight” she says laughing. It is confirmed she is nuts. Gosh what have I done to attract a crazy person?

“I am coming, I gotta go pee really urgently” she adds dancing.

“ Okay” I say but she already ran off. I am almost sure she went to vomit the food she stuff in there like what.

“ huh huh” I chuckle at her behaviour.

“ Watch out!!!!!” a voice yells. I turn back, but it's too late. A fist slams onto my face. What the heck? I raise my head to see the SMS girls.

“ I am back for you” Sabrina says smirking. My eyes water as she slaps me again really hard.

“ Come here you pig” Mandy says pulling my hoodie.

“Estas loca Déjame en paz ( Are you crazy? Leave me alone)” I yell angrily, struggling to get out of her grip. I feel another slap on my face.

“ Come here. We will teach you a lesson” Sophia says as they drag me out of the cafeteria. I really want to keep struggling but it's no use. I will only end up with more beating. They take me outside to the car park, and start beating me.

I cry out suddenly from a burn I feel on my skin. I look at my hand only to see it out of the hoodie, and the sun is blazing hot. Oh no I could get the world supernatural in trouble if I burn here.

“ Sabrina!!!!!” I hear Bion yell as he runs towards us. Strength from nowhere engulfed me. With all my might I push them away from me and try to run but it's too late Mandy rips my hoodie from my body leaving me in just the singlet I wore underneath. My skin is hot and burning.

“Ahhhhh!!!!” I scream in pain.

“ Melanie!!!!” I hear Bion scream. So this is it. This is how I die without answers to my questions, without saying goodbye to my family.

Tears slip from my eyes as I feel my soul leaving me.
