C9 to the Cabin

She was surprised to see that Lucian was in the limo. Take all the time you need the cabin has been stocked and is ready for you. B was thankful but knew she wouldn’t be staying there long as being alone with her thoughts was a dangerous to her health. Lucian felt an affection and sense of protection towards the woman in front of him, he vowed to himself that he was going to protect her with everything he had just as if she was his daughter. I have a little house prepared for you whenever you decide to come back, you can decorate it anyway you like and you can come to work when you feel up to it. B stared at Lucian with her mouth open in shock, I don’t know how I can ever pay you back, the man bought her a house, at least let me pay rent. Lucian felt angry that she wanted to pay rent, just consider it as a perk of working for me the house has already been transferred to your name you own the house. I will not accept money from you, you are now my adopted daughter in my organization, I am going to spoil you and you are going to allow it you have been through hell let us be your support and family.

B felt a warmness in her heart and from Lucian’s tone this was not a battle she was going to win. Alright thank you Lucian, I don’t know what I would do if you hadn’t showed when you did. I have lost a piece of myself and I don’t know if I will ever get it back, there is this dark blood thirsty hole in me and the only thing that can fill it is violence. So I will probably start work in a week or two. Are you sure you want to come in so early, Lucian felt surprised and pained that she was damaged so severely, maybe working will help relieve some stress and help her heal, stranger things had happened. Yes I am sure I am not sure being alone in my mind is such a good thing but I know I need to regain my body strength.

The cabin

B looked at the cabin in amazement, 3 bedrooms a huge kitchen and living room and there was a fire place, thankfully it was wintertime, she really hoped there would be snow. Ben and Christian watched with amusement as B look around like a kid in a candy shop. Ben went to the fire place and began to start a fire, if a fire was what she wanted, as a matter of fact he would do anything she wanted, he would get her anything she wanted.

Christian took the bedroom on the left of the master, your room is in the middle Ben will take the other room. How about you explore your room and maybe take a nap.

B walked to the master bedroom slowly. Her eyes went wide as she looked at the bedroom, it was painted blue her favorite color, the carpet was thick and luxurious, the bed was covered with a beautiful blue quilt that was a patch work of all colors of blue. She had her own humongous bathroom that was stalked with expensive body products. She looked in the closet and found all kinds of clothes, shoes, jewelry, handbags all of it name brand. B felt a little uncomfortable as she looked at her closet, everything was so beautiful, the thought of such luxury on her ugly body, she didn’t feel worthy. B sat on the bed and was amazed at how soft the bed was. She unconsciously laid down on the bed and covered up with the quilt, before her head hit the pillow she was asleep.

Ben and Christian checked on B, they quietly opened the door and slowly walked to the bed. She looked like an angel her long blonde hair was all over the pillow and her face was relaxed, they wondered if this private time with her would be able start a solid foundation for a relationship, B moved restlessly the brothers beat a hasty retreat afraid that she would wake up and see them staring at her.

Christian went to the kitchen and began to take out the ingredients to make homemade chicken soup, they needed to try and fatten her up a bit, her body was so skeletal that everyone was very worried about her. Suddenly they heard a scream coming from the master bedroom, the scream scared them it sounded as though see was being skinned alive. They both ran to the bedroom to find B curled up in the corner still screaming. Ben immediately ran over and picked her up holding her gently on the bed. B stopped screaming afraid to open her eyes, Ben was whispering in her ears that she was safe and that they were here for her. Christian crouched down in front of her taking her hands gently, open your eyes angel we are here and will never hurt you.

B opened her eyes slowly she was shaking like a leaf, as she opened her eyes she saw Christian in front of her, she turned and saw that it was Ben that was holding her. I had a nightmare I was back in that bedroom and he was getting ready to brand me again. You are safe we promise come we made some chicken soup, Christian grabbed her a beautiful blue shawl and guided her to the kitchen, we made it from scratch tell me what you think. B felt touched that they had gone through so much trouble, she slowly tried the soup and it was delicious, she ate two bowls. That is the best chicken soup I have ever tasted.
