C10 10

How could someone be so full of hatred? It was too much, his pure hatred for me. It was also ridiculous...

"What are you doing here?" Squeezing my arm, he quickly lifted me up from where I was sitting. This man had absolutely no manners. It was a creature that forgot it was a woman!

"Leave Elif in order. She is unaware of everything like you." With the voice of brother Kemal, the hand on my arm first tightened, then completely relaxed and fell to the side. When I brought my hand to my aching arm, it was red and there was the print of that maniac's hand. All five fingers were on my arm. I bit my lips to keep from crying. I couldn't humiliate myself in front of this man. He should have realized it wasn't my fault.

"She tricked you, like my grandma, this whore..." I bit my lip even more at that word. But still, I would not cry with my aching soul.

"It's you whore!" I yelled at the scumbag. Even though he came towards me, brother Kemal grabbed him. "Talk to me straight!"

"Emir, come slowly... Speak right with Elif! I can't allow that. You can't insult Elif. You have to listen to people. So now go and sit down." With this attitude of brother Kemal, I breathed a sigh of relief. He was with me...

The mentally ill person called Emir sat down in the chair opposite me, sending me an angry look. Or rather, it spread. What kind of person was this rude man? Aunt Rumeysa was a very kind and well-mannered woman. But this was the animal that didn't get its share of kindness before me.

"This is what Kemal brother said yesterday..." He grimaced again, pointing at me with his nose. "Did you tell the girl too? Did she find out, what it took to get the inheritance? Did she expect such a truth when she was deceiving my grandmother?" He spoke arrogantly. How he likes himself now... I wanted to swear a lot.

"Talk to me right! Stop talking and setting up without knowing it! I said from the beginning that I don't want the inheritance. So now I'll go and you'll claim your inheritance yourself. Or rather, if you can get out," I said, this time standing up voluntarily. I looked at him with all my anger. I turned around and approached the door. I gave a nod to Kemal Abi when I screamed a little with the pain I felt in my arm. "Ahh!"

"Are you playing games with me? Look at me girl! Don't strain my patience. I'll take your little mind!" I would never back down as he hissed in anger. I had no intention of oppressing myself with this man.

I pushed him in the chest with my free hand. "Hands off! Stop touching me!" I straightened my posture and silently waited for the pain to subside. It hurt me at every opportunity, and I had no patience anymore. "Get your dirty hands off!"

"Leave the order girl." Brother Kemal came to us and tried to pull the hands on my arm. "You won't be able to convince him if you do it like that," my mouth fell open in surprise when he said. Had they summoned me here to persuade me?

Emir Haznedar said, "I will not try to persuade him... He will sign it anyway!" When he said that, I freed my arm and went right in front of him. This time it was me who gave that piercing stare.

"I won't sign anything! I won't be dragged into the dark by my own hands. Do you hear me! I won't sign that!" In addition to us, there was a man called Orkun, who came to my house. He was watching us as quietly as he did when he came to us. Moreover, with the same frosty gaze.

"Girl, I swear I won't hurt you, I'll kill you! You're going to put that signature like that!"

"I won't throw it out! You hear me? I'll never marry you! I have a life and I won't lift my hand for a psycho like you!" Hiding my trembling hands behind my back, I waited for the tremor to pass without letting anyone know. Two days of stress was killing me. Using my power that I didn't have was putting me in minuses. That much complexity was too much for me. My life was painful but stagnant. And now I realized that I had a peaceful life...

"Emir, give Elif time." Brother Kemal must have been trying to calm the psychopath in front of me, but this effort was in vain. I would not back down. He would go crazy too.

Emir Haznedar said, "Brother, let go... He says come and kill me. I won't give you time. He will sign it and then wherever he goes!" When he said that, he moved from the bottom of the wall where the silent Orc was leaning and came to Emir. When he touched his arm, the blue eyes looking at me shifted to the man called Orkun.

"You don't know the rest of the commandments. So don't talk nonsense. Give her time, she'll sign it eventually." He said his last word while looking at me. What were the other damn ingredients? Why couldn't I stay away from this man!

"Just don't give me time or anything. I told you from the start. I don't want inheritance or anything and I'm NOT going to put that damn signature!" I was enraged at the end. I wasn't going to let them burn me for their own sake. It would have been better after signing. This was obvious. "I'm going to go now and I don't want to see this man in my house again. If Kemal brother touches me again, this time I will report it to the police," I said with all my determination. But I knew that my threat meant nothing to this very confident man.

"Hah, he was going to complain to the police! My daughter, you know..." he was coming towards me when Kemal brother and Orkun did not let him approach me by holding both of his arms. "Let me go bro! Let me put this little mouse in his place!"

"Order, don't go forward. Calm down and give the girl time."

"What time, brother, for God's sake. You know the situation. I have to get out of here as soon as possible!" I was going to believe her helpless voice for a moment. But there was no such thing as emotion in this man.

"Calm down my lion. You leave it to me." I stared at brother Kemal, who was comforting this man as if I wasn't there. If he thought he would convince me, he was wrong.

I said, "I'm leaving. And please don't come here for this subject again," and I walked away from the maniac called Emir and threw myself out. When I left the room, I ran to the apartment with the noise coming from inside.

What is this now?

I closed my eyes and collapsed onto the stairs. I wished it was a delusion. My life was suddenly beginning to turn into the cruelest shade of black. And something inside me was telling me that this black wouldn't leave me. Everything happened suddenly... I tightened my steps with Emir Haznedar's hands wrapped around my neck. I wandered off to the bus stop. How would I get out of it? Neither of those three men would leave me alone for this job. The man openly threatened me. I stopped these bad thoughts with the bus coming. I had to seek advice from someone else for a way out.

I went to the market and worked until lunch. I was going to pick up Ahmet from school and drop him off at Nermin sister. I needed to find a solution for this as soon as possible. Nermin sister was working and I could not leave Ahmet to her all the time. Schools will close soon. I guess it wouldn't have happened if all the problems didn't occur one after the other. Life is raising people with difficulties, I believed that until the end. But... It was still very hard to hold on.

I started to wait in the garden of the school, sighing. When I looked around with my eyes, there was no one watching me. That pervert had no way of getting out of my mind. I was hoping that whoever it was didn't re-enter my house. A case of blood would knock me out this time.

With the bell ringing, I walked towards the door and started to look at Ahmet among the students leaving the school. He walked down the stairs with his head down, carrying his suitcase, which was larger than him. He didn't see me either because he didn't look around. I went over to him and touched his arm. His eyes lit up slightly when he saw me. Which meant he was happy to see me. Ahmet was finally returning... Taking his bag from his back, he asked, "How was school, my sister?" I asked. This was a great opportunity to talk to him.

"It was fine." I looked at him with Ahmet's answer. He was looking straight ahead. It meant he didn't want to talk anymore. I stopped and we started walking with the hand that I was holding tightly. When we got home, I prepared a snack between bread while Ahmet was changing. Even though I couldn't cook much in the evenings, Nermin sister took care of it, thanks to her.

Oh my aunt Rümeysa ah... I miss you so much, I'm calling you so much... I hope you are very well there.

"Sister, will I go to the tailor's shop again?" As I put the bread in my hand in the bag, I turned to my brother behind me. He didn't like it at all. The shop was crowded and Ahmet hated crowds.

"Unfortunately... I know you don't like it very much, but hold on a little longer."

Without speaking, he turned around and put on his shoes. When the schools closed for the week, my job would be difficult. I was going to drag Ahmet in the morning and take him to Nermin sister. Then I think he would have a hard fight with me. I laughed inside. It was a very funny possibility that he would yell at me.

I took a deep breath and put on my shoes. My stomach started to ache. I believed, I would find the solution to everything.

Nermin sister's shop was close to the market. I left Ahmet and soon returned to the market. When I took over my job, I started placing the boxes I brought from the warehouse for the deficiencies in the canned aisle. As a result of my carelessness, while turning my back, the half-filled box in my hand with the person I bumped into scattered on the floor, as if stepping on the foot of the person I bumped into was not enough, I also fell into his lap. I turned around and gathered myself. "I'm so sorry. I didn't see you and-"

"Calm down." His voice was deep. I continued to stare at the dark-eyed man, who said, "It's okay, maybe. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and dark jeans. His hair was black and messy like his eyes. When I pulled back, our eyes met again and my review was left unfinished.

"I should have been careful. Excuse me, please." I averted my gaze from the man. I hoped he wouldn't realize I was studying him.

"As I said, it's okay," he winked. When he blinked, his face was familiar. I seemed to remember seeing it before, but I couldn't make it out. Although dozens of people were coming to the market and I wouldn't look at any of them properly.

"Elif," I turned around with Emre's voice.

"Emre?" After returning to Emre, I turned to face him again, but that man was not there. When I looked around, I couldn't see anyone and I turned back to Emre.

"Are you okay? When you hear the voice..."

"Oh, I'm fine. I was just clumsy, but it's okay." I bent down to pick up the cans from the floor. Emre, who came to me, helped me and we collected the things on the ground and placed them in the aisle.

"I'd take care of it if you'd mind your business."

"I've done my job, it's okay... Elif?" After checking for the last time, I turned to Emre, who was looking at me.

"Sir Emma?"

"Well, do you have work for the evening? So you're leaving early, should we go to the beach?"

"Actually, I don't have a job, but... you know Ahmet."

"Well, he will come too. Ahmet is bored too. Usually you work and the child is left alone." He was right.

"Okay," I said without thinking any further. "We'll go out together in the evening. She's with your sister Nermin anyway. We'll go straight to the beach."

"Okay, deal. I'll get back to work, I'll wait for you at the door when I leave." He took one last look at me, turned around, and left with a smile. Emre was a good friend. He was truly an important friend to me. According to Azra, he was hitting on me, but I had never felt anything like that. He said that Azra caught Emre's gaze. I was seeing those eyes as normal. Couldn't a person look at his beloved friend alive?

I took care of my business by being more careful until the exit. Today was busy and I was more tired than usual. In the summer, everyone was going down to the square. It was like a fairground.

As I changed my clothes and took my bag, I went to Emre, who was waiting for me outside. "I hope I didn't make you wait too long?"

"No, no, you didn't make me wait. Let's go." We greeted Serdar and entered Nermin sister's shop. He was also getting ready to leave. "Good evening, Nermin sister."

"Good evening, my Elif. Are you early today?"

"Yes, I was leaving early. I came to pick up Ahmet. We're going to wander around a bit..." I hesitated. Because Nermin sister started to examine Emre behind me. He looked at me again, smirking. He half-smiled and shook his head vaguely.

"Travel, of course. You're young."

I did not answer him and turned to Ahmet, who was looking at us from the side. "Come on bro let's go." We said goodbye to Ahmet and Nermin sister who came to me and left. We had a quiet time until the beach, except for Emre's efforts to make Ahmet talk. Ahmet did not like Emre. I could understand that. His gaze made even the unmoving muscles in his face move. He frowned and looked at Emre.

As we sat on one of the benches, I turned my eyes to the sky. It was slightly cloudy but very beautiful. Emre came with fish and bread. We continued to watch the sea while eating our fish rolls. "Ahmet, do you want to play in the park?" With this question from Emre, Ahmet first looked at me. When I nodded my head in agreement, he had to stand up. He took Emre's outstretched hand again. I smiled at this. He didn't like being messed with at such a young age. Except for one Azra. But today Emre was pushing his limits.

While I was watching them from afar, I took out my phone from my bag with the message coming to my phone. When I opened the message, I soon closed my eyes with the text I saw. I put my vibrating phone in my lap. I tried to remain calm and picked up the phone to reread the message.

"My Elif... My beauty... I know you miss me, your eyes are looking for me. I'll be visiting you soon. I miss your scent so much..."
