Grave guarding beast.

Normally, I wouldn't have cared about these things. However, the sudden appearance of a pair of glowing black eyes from a dark mass of shadows was something I couldn't bear.

The eyes of this tombstone shone. I leaned over to take a closer look. It was a black gem polished into an arc for eyes.
