Eva POV

All though the night...sleep was very far from me.

"Rise and shine Eva!" I heard my Nanny sing as I turned under my duvet.

"You need to stand up now Eva.. else we will be late for church." She notified and I groaned sitting up

tiredly.

I barely slept.

I itched my hair and yawned tiredly.

"Nanny..?" I called.

"Yes dear?" She replied as she selected my outfit for church.

"Um.. don't you feel odd about that lady?" I asked.

"You mean your Aunt?" She replied in question

"Maybe a little." She added and I sighed.

Later...

My nanny and I alighted the stairs as the servants were also ready for church.

"What about your Aunt?" Nanny asked.

"I don't know." I replied bluntly.

"No one leaves this house!"

We all turned to see Aunt San alighting the stairs.

"No one. Everyone go back in and resume your duties... Kim Yoo.. come with me." She ordered and I

froze.

Oh gosh!..

I glanced at Nanny before hurrying after Aunt San up to the library.

She closed the door and paused to scan me as all I felt was discomfort.

"Kim Yoo..." She began.

"Please... stop calling me that name..it's hurting." I pleaded and she scoffed.

"Very well then. I will stop." She gave in and I heaved lowly.

Kim Yoo is my pet name or let's say my Korean name given to me by my late Mum.

"Eva..now that your parents are dead.. what's next?" Aunt asked and I furrowed my brows.

"How do you mean Aunt?" I asked and she chuckled.

"Look Eva... you just barely clocked 17 and now you are an orphan with so many assets to handle. I

don't mean to sound crazy but... I think you are still too young to handle all these alone. So am here to

take you with me to Korea where you will live afresh. Huh?" She broke the nutshell.

"What!? Aunt!.. I really don't want to go." I exclaimed.

"But you have to." She cooed.

"But I don't need to. I have my Nanny and all I need." I opposed.

"But I need the best for you." She argued.

"No thanks. I am almost done with secondary school. I don't need your help." I snapped and she

sighed.

"Eva.. please.. please don't make this hard for me. I never really got the chance to make it up to your

Mum when she was alive so I hope that you should at least give me that chance by letting me take

care of you. Please Eva.." Aunt San pleaded and she broke down in tears to my surprise.

"Aunt..." I rushed to her and hugged her.

"Please Aunt.. please don't cry. I understand how you feel.." I pleaded as she held on tight to me.

"Eh!?.. Eva.. what did you just say?" Nanny asked in awe and I sighed.

"Please Nanny, you will have to understand me. This could be a good way for me to feel love once

again. Aunty has my interest at heart and am happy about it." I said and she sighed.

. "It's just that I don't just want anything to go wrong cause I love you alot but if you are happy about

going to Korea then fine.. you have all my love and support." Nanny said and we hugged.

I stood before my mirror in my uniform.

Today is the very last day I have in CAM High and Nigeria.

A tear rolled down my cheek.

I really don't want to go but I have to.

"Heyyy!" Simi groaned as I broke the news to her and Bella.

"You will be leaving us all? Oh Eva.. I don't feel good about this." Bella groaned.

"Please girls... please try to be happy for me. I will surely miss you all." I sighed and we had a group

hug.

"Please Eva.. don't ever forget us." Simi cried and I nodded sadly.

"Never would I."

"So... you will be leaving.. leaving Nigeria and..me.." Ronnie sighed and my heart ached.

"Please stay back Eva." Ronnie groaned.

"I really wish I could Ronnie but.. I have no choice of mine." I sighed sadly.

"You will come back right?" He asked.

"Of course.. maybe during the holidays." I assured with a tiny smile.

He looked around the library were we are and faced me as he drew close to me with his cool breath

washing on my face.

"Eva... I like you. I really do but it seems as if none of my dreams would work out. I just wanted to let

you know how I feel.... about you."

. "... I love you Eva.." He confessed and pressed his lips on mine and I froze.

Gosh!

Am getting kissed by my crush!

I lifted my arms encircling it around his neck as I deepened the kiss and his fingers dug into my tender

waist.

His arm came up to caress my hair as he sucked on my lower lip before moving his lips down to my

neck which he feathered with tiny kisses.

I sighed in pleasure before he claimed my lips again.

Slowly breaking the kiss, I opened my eyes and our gaze met.

Ronnie reached for his pocket and took out something...an anklet.

He went on a knee and began to take off my right pair of shoe while I held onto a chair for support.

He took off my sick and took his time to fix the anklet around my ankle and he kissed my foot

countlessly as it felt ticklish.

He wore me back my sock and shoe before coming on his feet again.

We both held gazes as he tucked loose hair behind my ear.

"Don't forget me Eva.." He pleaded and briefly kissed me.

Wednesday;

I got into the jeep with Aunt San San and in no time,we were on our way to the airport.

Tho, I will be leaving Nigeria...the servants were asked to stay back and look after the house including

my Nanny.

It's really hurting that am leaving but... I have to.

Location:Seoul, Korea

Time:7pm

"Eva...Eva..."

Huh?

I tiredly opened my eyes to see Aunt.

"We are here already, come on." She urged and I slowly got off my seat taking my bag pack as we

alighted the plane.

Goodness!

This place is soo awesome!

Whoa!

We both rolled out our luggages out of the airport after being checked and Aunt boarded a cab for us

to get to the train station.

According to her,we still have an hour to get to where she lives which isn't in Seoul.

The cab stopped before the large silver gate and we alighted as Aunt paid the man who I noticed

glanced at me weirdly before driving off.

Hm.....

All I just need now is a good meal and a comfy bed to sleep on.

We rolled the bags in and before me was a very beautiful mansion and a wide premises.

I noticed they were so many cars around.

Cars that seem to belong to different people.

"Follow me Eva and don't wander." Aunt ordered and we headed inside the house.

I received a shocking eye opener.

The entire house was super large which was quite alright but it was something else....

There was a club like party going on as the lights were dim with a spotlight rotating around and Aunt

didn't seem to care.

My goodness!

Where are we!?

I followed Aunt as we climbed up the stairs and passed so many room doors and finally,she stopped

before one which she opened and we went in.

"This is your room for the time being. Tomorrow.. I will settle you. I will have your meal sent up.

Remain here." She ordered and closed the door at my face not giving me a chance to speak.

Huh?

That's weird.

I glanced around the room.

It's smaller compared to mine back in Nigeria.

I weakly sat on the bed which wasn't so comfy.

Ugh!

I opened my luggage box and took out my PJ and headed for the bathroom.

I had fun and enjoyed the way the showering of water felt on me as I had my bath.

The best soothing feeling I have ever had.

I ruffled my hair as the water poured on me and my thoughts wavered to Simi and Bella..then Ronnie.

I sighed and turned off the shower.

After towel drying my body and tried to dress up, I heard a knock on the door.

I quickly tied the towel and scurried out of the bathroom and to the door as I opened it and before me

stood a lady wearing a skimpy outfit.

"I brought you your food." She simply said handing me a covered tray which I took.

"Thanks." I muttered and she rolled her eyeballs making a smacking sound with a bubble gum in her

mouth and walked away.

Hm.....

I closed the door and hurried to the bed as I sat down to eat.

Uncovering the tray and plates, I saw a meal of rice and pork sauce.

My mouth watered and I began to devour it hungrily.

Gosh!

The meal here is so tasty that I lost my eating manners.

So people here in Korea cook this good?

Mmh..am in for a treat.

I finished up my meal soon feeling so full and happy.

I changed into my PJ and set the tray aside as I laid to sleep.

Gosh!..am so tired..
