Carmen, Camden, and Esmeralda got home at the same time.

Carmen was looking fully upset about something. She jumped out of her Pink SUV, customized for her, and slammed the door shut, hanging her stylish pink bag on her arm.

Camden was already out of his black Bugatti sports car, getting rid of his cigarette b*tt while waiting for Esmeralda to enter the compound.

After a few minutes, she walked inside, her head lowered as she approached her siblings.

“What is your problem?” Carmen yelled at the same time Camden asked, “Are you okay?”

Esmeralda looked between her siblings, a little bit confused at their sudden questions.

“I... I am okay.” She answered her brother's question before moving her gaze to her sister. “What is wrong? Did I do something wrong?”

“Are you asking me? Huh? Tell me, what happened in school today?” She asked, rage burning in her eyes as she awaited an answer.

Esmeralda swallowed nothing, nervously shaking her head. “No... Nothing happened.”

“Nothing happened?” Carmen laughed in a snarky manner. “Who are you trying to lie to? Me? Or him?” She pointed at her twin brother, not looking away from her Little sister.

“What's going on, Car?” Camden questioned, joining the heated conversation. “Why are you talking to her in that manner?”

“Well, I'm going to tell you what happened and you,” She pointed at Esmeralda using her car key. “you better listen very carefully because by the time I am done explaining, be ready to say the damn truth.”

< FLASHBACK >

Carmen and her two best friends were in the restroom, retouching their makeup in silence when one of them spoke up.

“I went to the club with Beverly last night,” Harriet said with a smirk on her face.

“Really?” Maeve asked.

“Yeah. It was so much fun. Brent was there too.”

“It's funny that you didn't tell us anything about this plan.” Carmen fake glared, putting her powder and pink lipstick inside her bag.

“Don't mind her.” Maeve scowled.

Harriet placed her palm on her chest in a guilty manner, pouting at her friends.

“I'm so sorry. Everything happened so fast. And believe me, we didn't make any plans. It all just kinda... happened. I guess. I was in my room, watching p*rn when I got a call from Beverly. I was h*rny as f**k and wasn't thinking straight. She invited me over to the club and we all know that clubs are one of the places you can easily find f**kboys. I wasted no time in accepting the invite.”

“So in other words, you forgot about us, your best friends, because you were h*rny. I'm wowed.” Carmen clicked her tongue, shaking her head.

Harriet giggled. “Come on, girl. I said I'm sorry. I promise not to repeat such a silly mistake again. Believe me. And besides, Beverly hated that I came alone.”

“Why?” Maeve asked, making kisses face in the mirror.

“Well, turns out that she wants to be friends with you,”

“Me?” Maeve eyes widened but her hope was cut short when she heard her friend's next words.

“Not you. But Carmen.”

“Oh...”

Carmen frowned. “Me? She wants to be my friend?” Harriet nodded her head, smiling. “And why?”

“I don't know. I guess she's heard about your family fortune and wants to become your friend because of it.” She shrugged her shoulders.

“I don't like her.” Carmen stated.

“Why not?” Both Harriet and Maeve asked at the same time.

“She is too fake for my liking and always wants to leech off from people. Girls like Beverly disgust me.” She opined.

“Wow. I didn't know you had all these impressions about Beverly. But trust me, she really wants to be your friend. Can't you just give her a chance?” Harriet asked.

“I don't know...” Carmen sighed.

“Think about it. She begged me to try and make the both of you meet up somehow. I promised to do so. You know how entitled Maeve and I are to be your best friends.” She winked.

Carmen rolled her eyes. “Oh, please. Stop talking like I am the president's daughter.”

“Well, you are not. But your father has more wealth than the president. Can you imagine!?” Maeve exclaimed.

“Okay, wait. I think you are exaggerating this whole thing now.” Carmen said in between laughter. “Anyway, I like that you are glad to be my friend. I am likewise happy to be you both friend.” She smiled at the last sentence.

“Aww.” They cooed, hugging her at both sides.

“That reminds me!” Harriet drew away from the embrace, jumping excitedly at the tea she was going to spill for them. “Beverly told me about a girl in her class.”

“What girl?” Maeve and Carmen asked
