Rachel approved the full liquidation of Galeo Supply Corp., a legacy shell entity nestled inside Han Group’s logistics arm. The company hadn’t turned a profit in seven years. It had, however, conveniently funneled consulting fees to at least two directors’ side firms.
Now it was gone.
