Little Gabriel was finally forced to come clean and admit that he no longer had the energy to walk on his sore feet.

They immediately took a break. It wasn’t the most convenient place on their journey. Above them towered the perfectly vertical cliff, though it wasn’t quite so high anymore because they were now halfway to the top.
