July 13th, Eastern Army Camp outside the Forbidden Wall on the east side of Mount Shenlieh.

Shi Kefa currently lived there, and Tengchow and the military officers that had returned were restricted from travelling for half a month. There were no obvious signs of a plague before they were allowed to board the ships to enter the capital.
