The Yellow River was full of harm, but it was full of wealth.

This was the river bank plain. The river bed generally refers to the area east of Helan Mountain, west of Lv Liangshan, south of Yinshan Mountains and north of the Great Wall. Including Ningxia Plain and Ordos Plateau, Loess Plateau parts of the region.

The Yellow River first followed the Helan Mountain northwards
