Alessa kept on yelling in pain all the while the torture lasted but the Death Lord and the rest of the bandits were watching carefully, waiting for her to unleash her deadly self but nothing was happening. It was evident that Kouvu was waiting, his eager eyes preying on her, begging her to manifest into something extraordinary but it was nothing.
