C3 Sleeping Beauty Without Soul

The collected genes were sent to the first research institute of Thunder Empire. As the collector of the gene, Dr. Weir de studied the gene set. The results of the study astounded Dr. Weir De.

Immediately, a large group of top biologists, genetic scientists, scientists, and more were invited by Weir De to the Thunder Empire First Research Institute.

After everyone looked at the results of Dr. Weir De's research, they all stared with widened eyes in shock!

This, was actually a group of Carbon-based Gene!

Carbon-based Gene s could not even survive in the universe, this was the accepted truth of the entire Star Alliance! This was common knowledge known by all the races of the Star Alliance! But there was actually a group of Carbon-based Gene in front of them. This was simply unscientific!

A group of top experts in the First Research Institute kept discussing, but in the end, none of them came up with anything. If the accepted truth was wrong, then what was right?

In the end, Dr. Weir De suggested a way to find out whether the Carbon-based Gene could survive. If this set of genes could not produce organisms, or if the genes of the creatures were disintegrated during the process of breeding, then it would be impossible for there to be a Carbon-based Gene in the universe. However, if the organisms were to survive, then the truth would have to be changed.

Because it was so important, the breeding program was quickly approved by the Star Alliance, and Dr. Weir De was the project's director.

Although this set of genes was active, it was very fragile. Dr. Weir de used a lot of methods to get the gene to successfully give birth to an embryo.

To prevent the embryo from dying due to its own factors, Dr. Weir De and his team spent a lot of time and effort to adjust this set of genes to the optimal genes. This was the optimal treatment for keeping the genes unchanged, so that the life experiences later on would show the best and healthiest state of the race.

Even though the embryos were being developed, the foetuses continued to grow. When they were able to identify the biological body, Dr. Weir De's team was in a state of great surprise. They originally thought that these genes were only from normal living species, but they did not expect them to be from the intelligent species that were known as humans on Earth!

In the Star Alliance, so far, there had never been a pure carbon life form. The reason was that the Carbon-based Gene was too weak, it could not withstand even the tiniest amount of radiation in the universe! This is why the inability of pure carbon-based life forms to survive in the universe is the most recognized truth.

But now, not only had they discovered the existence of Carbon-based Gene s, they had even nurtured a pure carbon fetus. And the most exciting thing was, they had actually discovered a high level intelligent species that actually had Carbon-based Gene s! This was unbelievable! So how did the fragile, pure carbon-based life form evolve into an intelligent species? Furthermore, the data collected on Earth showed that humans were the dominant race on Earth, so how did this weak pure carbon Intelligent Race manage to ascend to the position of being the dominant race on Earth?

This series of questions drove the research team crazy! Dr. Weir de once again invited many of the top experts in biological evolution to discuss the matter, but apparently nothing had come of it.

For this reason, Dr. Weir De's pure carbon research project has once again been promoted by the Star Alliance.

Under the meticulous care of the project team, the fetus is developing very well.

But not long after, the fetus had clearly developed to the point of birth, yet there was still no sign of awakening. This caused Dr. Weir De to frown uncontrollably.

It was clear that his heartbeat, pulse, blood flow, and other signs of life were all normal! Where was the problem! This put the project team's work in a blind spot.

Finally, Dr. Weir De looked up a large amount of collected Earth data, the word "soul" entered Dr. Weir De's eyes. A life without a soul was like death! This was what Dr. Weir De saw. It was very similar to the fetus they were breeding! Also, he saw the story of a sleeping beauty, which was very similar to the story of the current project.

Although there was no progress on the project, the Star Alliance Department did not reduce the amount of funding and attention to the project, much to Dr. Weir De's relief.

Standing outside the aqua blue incubator, Dr. Weir De looked at the kid with closed eyes, black hair and a delicate face that made people feel soft inside. He couldn't help but sigh. "Little Sleeping Beauty, when will you wake up?"

Dr. Weir De had been waiting for a few years, and the chubby child in the storehouse had already grown into a slender and handsome teenager.

After many years of research, Dr. Weir De had already treated the children in the cultivation cabin as his own children. As usual, Dr. Weir De was the last to leave after work. After checking all the data and saying goodbye to the handsome youth in the cultivation cabin, Dr. Weir De left the institute.

With the departure of the last staff member, the lights in the institute automatically turned off, leaving only a faint blue light in the cultivation cabin. A handsome youth floated within, as if wandering within a dreamy blue sea.
