C25 Subjugation of the Beast

Servant?, Leo was left in a daze wondering what she wanted with him. "I can be more helpful for you than a mere servant", replied Leo. "More helpful than my servant i highly doubt that", replied the queen.

"I can defeat the dragon laying inside the cave, which you guys have been struggling to defeat." Leo replied while smirking.

Before entering the cave Erza told Leo, "Master, i can sense a dangerous enemy far towards the north in that mountain," "Dangerous than the queen?" asked Leo, "Yes, Master seems like an energy of an old Dragon". replied Erza.

"What are the chances of us winning?" Leo asked Erza. , "Master i am not sure, it's a mythical creature but maybe we only have 20% chance of defeating the dragon". replied Erza.

"What if we use that?" asked Leo, "As that skill can only be borrowed for about 5 minutes we can have a try Master" replied Erza.

Leo started thinking to himself, "I see that is the reason i felt a lot of energy coming from the mountains and also lots of people from the castle can be seen going towards the mountains, it can be used as a gamble in case we get caught".

In present time, the queen replied with, "How can you be so sure you can defeat the Dragon while even i am having a hard time defeating the dragon", Leo had a smile on his face when he calmly replied with, "Ofcourse it would be difficult for me but comparing you with me is a bit harsh as i am clearly stronger than you".

"What do you mea..." before the queen would finish her sentence there could be a long black sword with purple smoke coming out could be seen on the queen's neck.

"You know why because i was hiding my true self whereas you were talking with just a Mirage of mine, and i was certain of the dragon in the mountain when i saw people from the castle running towards the mountains and also the change of atmosphere around the area as well as your depleting energy and force as you are the source of holding the dragon down, it's about time you run out of energy and the whole town is ruined by the dragon to ashes, as me and my team are still here i think it will be hard for us to not get involved and now i will be involved." replied Leo.

"I see, seems pretty clear to me although i do wanna ask, where were you really hiding?", asked the queen,

"I am the Shadow" replied Leo.

"How confident are you in subduing the Dragon?" asked the queen, "At least i can buy time till all of your town people can evacuate, and maybe i have a 40 % chance of Killing the Dragon."

"Then i will have to trust my town and my people into your hand" the queen bowed down as she said these words, she further added, "What do you want in return for the subjugation?"

"I only want two things, we are always welcome here, my guild members and also the loots of the Dragon will belong to my guild XScythe" replied Leo.

"I Galadriel, the queen of Elves swear on my existence that i agree with the requirements you presented and also that if you succeed in subjugation of the Dragon, the queen Galadriel will be under your command ".

"Master, when a person swears on their existence means they trust you and if u succeed they will fulfill it, because if they don't they will die on the spot" replied Erza.

Soon Enough as soon as Erza finished explaining, notification from the game popped up as well indicating,

"The queen of elves has requested to form an existence contract with you, do you agree?"

There were two options "Confirm" or "Decline". Leo pressed confirm and the contract was formed.

Now that the contract was formed, Leo had to finish the Subjugation, because he would need the queens help whenever he wanted, "Erza, what if we increase the power of the shadows?", asked Leo to which Erza replied, "It's possible to win against him that way but you would receive a massive impact and could also injure yourself ".

This was an important mission, so it wouldn't matter if Leo died and lost some exp, only if the subjugation was successful. "What should i call you?", asked the queen, "I go by the name X" replied Leo, "Then Mr. X, i will release your friends, and also to find the other friend which got away", said the queen, "No need i have explained to her the situation, she is on her way to the castle, just let her in" replied Leo.

The queen called in one of her associate and ordered them to get the people out of the prison and open the gate for Anne, after everyone was gathered the queen went ahead to ask Leo, "Mr.X i want to know how do you expect to kill the Dragon?", "You saw the sword form, i can manifest the form to my body which increases my stats for specific amount of time but also leave a damage to me, until i master the skill" replied Leo. "What's it called?" asked DT,

"It's known as the Shadow Form" replied Leo. "Is it the sword with the smoke and colours?" asked Anne, "Yes, i got the skill when i levelled up, and it's not just limited to only sword" replied Leo.

Baron entered the room and bowed to the queen and said, "Your Highness we need to speak in private", to which the queen replied, "I know Baron, we have a solution to the problem, maybe until the moment everyone is evacuated from the town".

After hearing the talk between Baron and the queen, Leo spoke in a low voice, "Erza are you ready to dance?".

"Yes, master".
