C34 The Princess

As soon as Leo said those words, everyone started cheering and applauding their princess. Rosy raised her hand, and all the applause and uproar stopped, and the whole area was silent.

Rosy came forward, used her skill of authority, and spoke, "As the new princess, I promise you the wellness of the city, and on behalf of the XScythe, I would like to say we are taking over everywhere, and with this, I commence the start of the tournament.".

Everyone started cheering, and a huge uproar erupted. Everyone was heard chanting, "Long live the princess.". Rosy walked back to Leo when every member of XScythe waved their hands at the crowd and left.

Leo and Rosy left hand in hand till the castle and were about to log out and log back in tomorrow when Baron knocked and entered and said, "Sorry for the sudden intrusion, but just on the outskirts to the north of our city, there have been attacks happening, and tomorrow's events are their main target. Should we increase the security at the entrance of the town?".

Leo replied calmly, "It's alright; there are defences on our entrance and on the top of the ground. I gathered strong people when I was on a journey, and trust me, they will not allow anyone with suspicious behavior inside the stadium as well. The tribe that I hired is known as the Eagle Tribe. I helped them, and they agreed to move here and help us with defences. They are strong, and the most important thing is their eyes; they can see through any defence and attack patterns, so don't worry much and start preparing for tomorrow's event. Now, good night, and don't interrupt us till tomorrow.".

Baron nodded and left as requested. Both Leo and Rosy tried logging out, and they succeeded, unlike before, as did everyone else, and they started chatting about the event and what an uproar it's causing right there in the new gaming arena that was unveiled. After some time, everyone left and went to their houses, as did Leo & Rosy.

They both finished their chores and got in bed when Rosy spoke, "Was it too much saying those words? Now I regret saying that, knowing everyone will start attacking us.". Leo smiled and held Rosy face up, looked her in the eyes, and said, "It's alright, babe, you have been like this since we were children; you do something and then regret later, but you know you were always right; whatever you said happened." Rosy spoke in the middle, "It always happened when you were there; it won't otherwise," to which Leo replied, "I am here now; it has always come true whatever you said. Let me tell you again, whatever you say, babe, I will make it happen, so let's just forget about what happened and come; let's cuddle and sleep.". Leo opened his arms, and Rosy came running inside, and they slept. After some time, Rosy asked, "We weren't able to log out before, but when we tried again later, we logged out. What do you think that was?" to which Leo answered, "Maybe it was a bug, and Joey cleared the bug.". Rosy nodded in agreement, and they both went to sleep.

After some time, when Rosy was fast asleep, Leo got up and called someone, "Hey rupture, how's it going?", It was Rame, who was the leader of the secret group "Shadow Strikes," who said, "I know you have seen the live stream; now I want the "Shadow" to tail and protect Rosy all the time for the time being and also be there for tomorrow's event. You will be the judge, so log into your account. Take care". Leo ended the call and then dialled another person. "You know what happened at the event today; inform everyone at the company that every order will be checked thoroughly, and any deal made should be properly managed. She made a huge deal, saying that now we have to prove her words right; this game is so fucking big right now, even more important than everything currently, so make sure everything is done properly; increase the security both outside and inside the game; the plan will be moved ahead of time; whoever attacks us in the game, make sure they are wiped out of the game." Leo ended the call, went to bed, and slept.
