C534 Observing from the Sidelines 1(2)

My body began to heat up again, my weak limbs and my weary mood... It made me even more indifferent. Today, let me be a complete bystander. No matter how hard I try, the rules set by Creator cannot be changed. Dust rises and falls. Everything will go with the flow.

The warships of Kurast pushed forward with great difficulty. The large water area had been dyed red with blood, and the corpses of soldiers and monsters covered the surface of the water.

Grace and Ekdo couldn't help but fight, "He really is a monster!"

I looked around indifferently, but I didn't see Hyde Borg's figure. I wonder what this devil is secretly preparing. The north bank of the swamp was filled with the dark army of Kurast. An even more intense battle might begin after Ekdo cleared the roadblocks. Hundreds of thousands of vengeful souls filled the sky above the wetland.

It was still raining. The rain didn't seem to have any intention of stopping. Was the sky shedding tears because of this catastrophe?

The warships of Kurast gradually broke out of the siege, and Ekdo's cleaning work was about to end. Looking at the current situation, both sides seemed to be evenly matched. The monsters in the water area at the front didn't seem to have too much combat strength. It's similar to the abilities of the swamp water ghosts we encountered. I once again recalled that the Fallen Demons, Blade Demons, Zombies, Minor Demons and Skeletons from hundreds of years ago did not have the ability to split the sky and the earth apart. However, they were the fundamental forces of war. A vast war was not the stage for the performance of a few ultimate powerhouses. It was precisely these relatively weak but large numbers of minor characters who wrote the history of blood and fire.

Ekdo had already cleared all the obstacles on the west shore of the Waterswamp. He raised his arm and called out, "Soldiers Dryad, the roadblocks have been removed. You can move forward now!"

Ekdo's voice suppressed the sounds of fighting that filled the sky and spread far and wide in the swamp. The army on the north bank responded like a tsunami and began to move forward in an orderly fashion.

Grace and Ekdo's bodies trembled non-stop. I know that hot blood has already boiled in the hearts of these two young men. Just like me from hundreds of years ago. The vast battlefield has already caused them to gradually fall into fanaticism. However, I can no longer get excited. I raised my sword immediately. The passion of killing a million heads was like a wisp of green smoke, slowly dissipating in my chest.

"Rumble!" The vast water stirred up a hundred feet large wave. An enormous monster emerged from the surface of the water. Its thick and long body was no less than a Demon Dragon, and its nine ferocious heads spat out a red letter that was ten feet long.

Has an expert appeared? I looked indifferently at this savage Demonic Beast.

"King of Hydra!" Ekdo cried out in shock, "The legends are true!"

"How can there be such a ferocious monster?" Grace looked at the terrifying monster and clenched his fists tightly. His knuckles had turned white.

The four snake heads on the right side of the King of Hydra opened their mouths and spat out a huge head in the middle of the dark poisonous fog. The head was raised up high, and its red snake eyes were shining with a malicious light.

"Boom!" The four snake heads on the left side of the ferocious King of Hydra spurted out fire. The nearby warships were immediately covered by the fire, and the screams were chilling.

Under the might of the King of Hydra, countless monsters emerged from the surface of the water, and the warships of Kurast sank one after another.

The infantry of Kurast had already advanced on the west coast. The poisonous fog of the King of Hydra spread to the water, and anyone who smelled it would immediately fall.

Boom! The battleship of Kurast gave up on its bow and arrows, and began to use its cannonballs to attack the ferocious monster. The King of Hydra was not afraid at all, and continued to fiercely spit out flames and poisonous fog. The cannonballs rained down on the King of Hydra's body, bursting out countless dazzling sparks. However, the monster's body was not damaged at all.

A cannonball carrying raging flames flew towards the snake's head in the middle. The monster opened its mouth wide and bit down on the cannonballs. The snake's body actually didn't shake at all.

Whoosh! The cannonball shot back into the King of Hydra's mouth, and a battleship broke apart with a loud bang.

"How arrogant!" Ekdo said hatefully, "Demon Dragon, let me continue writing your legend today!" After saying that, he squatted down and placed me on the ground.

I didn't say a word. Regarding Ekdo's lofty sentiments, I didn't have the slightest intention of stopping him. This was their life. They needed victory, honor, and prove themselves on the battlefield where they would most likely die.

"Ekdo, that demon is in the water. How do you plan to attack it?" Grace stretched out his hand to support my weak body.

Ekdo gritted his teeth and said, "It's all because of Cecilia's gift!" Then he spread his arms and took off like a big bird.

"Ekdo, be careful." Grace's hand on my shoulder tightened. "If only Ekdo had a piece of armor. It would be no different from fighting naked."

Huh? A suit of armor. Ekdo should have a suit of armor suitable for him. As a melee job, the importance of armor was self-evident. We did win a top quality material at Kurast Bay, but that material was in Cecilia's flower basket. After retrieving Cecilia's flower basket, how should I forge armor for him? Cecilia's Divine Skill makes me feel ashamed of myself. When it comes to forging, I no longer have the domineering attitude of who I am.

This thought flashed through my mind and I immediately felt that I was very strange. Ekdo is about to challenge that extremely powerful monster, but I am not worried that he will be in danger at all. Instead, my mind is filled with that supreme-grade material. Could it be that I've really gone crazy?
