The Next Plan

The child is taped on his mouth inside the compound, surrounded by the boxes everywhere as the people inside the compound waits for the next plan, the plan that could change some of the people’s lives inside the compound.

Alex is sitting on his chair with his legs on the top of table, enjoying the air coming inside the compound from the window’s shield while Tommy and Edward are on the opposite side with the child sitting on the chair.

Tommy stands up from his chair and goes towards the place where Alex is sitting.

“Boss, what is your plan on this? We can’t really stay here for quite a long time and you know that.” Tommy says with the look of concern on his face.

“What do you mean Tommy? Are you afraid of staying here?” Alex asks.

Tommy nods. “Yeah, this place isn’t safe for us at all. What if the police find us while we are still inside here?”

Edward stands up from his chair too and nods with affirmation. “Yes boss, he is right about that. What if the police end up finding us while we are still here inside this abandoned compound?”

Alex smirks and stands up from his chair, walking closer towards Tommy’s space.

“Just relax gentlemen, there is no need to panic. There is nothing that is going to happen to us and I’m sure off it.” Alex says, walking with confidence on his walk towards Alex’s space.

Edward interjects. “Did you talk with the kid’s parents?” Edward asks.

Alex nods. “Yeah, I talked with them a while ago and I have given them thirty days to bring the amount that I requested.” Alex says.

Tommy and Alexandra looks at each other and then returns their gazes back to Alex.

“So boss, what is your plan next after this? What are you going to do after getting that 30 million dollars?” Edward asks.

Alex starts to walk around the compound, moving around with his hands folded on his back.

Alex sighs. “It’s not over yet; because first I have to get my revenge back for what David did to my father and second, I have to make sure that family rots with poverty as soon as I get the chance to ruin them.” Alex says.

For a longtime Alex has been living with so much resentment feeling inside his heart towards Mrs. Jonathan family after David killed Alex’s father as they were on the shoot out between his father’s group and David’s bodyguards on the middle of the bridge on a business transaction on the mission of stealing David’s money.

Tommy intervenes. “So, who is going to assist you to continue with your plan after this?” Tommy asks.

“Don’t worry about that. I know the person inside who is going to help me accomplishing this.” Alex says.

Edward interjects. “After that what are you going to do with Jane? Are you going to run away with her far away from the city?” Edward asks.

Alex smirks and walks away from Edward, returning back to his chair and sits.

“Don’t worry about that, I will figure out on what to do to her next.” Alex says.

Tommy interjects. “Boss, don’t you think that will be too dangerous for you to keep on dating that girl, what if she exposes us for the acts that we are doing to her family?” Tommy asks with the look of concerning on his face.

“Don’t worry about that guys everything is under control. There is no way I’m going to let her know our plans.” Alex says

Alex continues, “Concerning Jane’s issue, don’t worry about that guys. I know what I’m going to do… because I have prepared a special surprise to her.” Alex says with his smile widening on his face slowly.

“Officers I really need your help on this, my son has been kidnapped with people who are demanding money from me and I really need your help on rescuing my son.” David speaks to the officers while his face is contorted with nervous look on his face while he is inside the police station office reporting the case of the missing child accompanied with Mrs. Jonathan and the school matrons.

“Calm down Mr. David, we are going to work on that case as soon as possible and you are going to get your son back safe and sound.” The officer says, his words sounding promising.

“Please officer, make sure my grandson returns back home safe and sound because I don’t want anything bad to happen to him while you are on your mission trying to rescue him from the kidnap attack.” Mrs. Jonathan says.

“Don’t worry about that mom. I promise you I’m going to work on that as soon as possible.” The officer says.

The officer turns and looks at the school matron while holding a pen on his hand with his notebook lying down on the top of the table.

“So, Madam, you are the one of the witness who saw the incident at the time that it was happening, right?” The officer asks.

The school matron nods with affirmation. “Right, it was me.”

“Can you tell me what really happened during that encounter with the kidnappers? And how did the attack happen?” The officer asks, narrowing his eyes towards the school matron.

“There were two guys who came to attack us that day with the masks on their face and they took the kid while all of the children were preparing themselves to go back home as they were boarding the school bus.” The matron says.

The police officer notes down the details on his notebook and then returns back his gaze to the school matron.

“Do you actually know or remember anything concerning like let says how they appeared and what any sort of signs that you saw on them.” The officer asks.

The school matron pauses for the moment thinking for a while and then nods with affirmation.

“Yeah, I saw one of them with a tattoo on his neck.” The matron says.

David and Mrs. Jonathan glances at each other with smiles on their faces and then returns back their gazes to the school Matron.

The officer continues. “Okay then, give me the further details.” The officer says.
