C7 Chapter 7: The Mysterious Elder’s Sword and the Defeat of Enemies

In the previous chapter, you read that Ali and his companions reached the house of the mysterious elder and waited for his arrival.

You also learned that the elder's house was underground, accessible via stairs.

Meanwhile, Amir Tahir’s two men had secretly reached the staircase, something Ali and the others were unaware of

These were the same two men who had previously attacked Ali.

Now moving forward…

Amir Tahir’s Men Sneak into the Elder’s House

[In a dark alley, Amir Tahir’s two men stand, planning how to enter the hidden house.]

First Man: “We’ll go down the stairs and see what’s hidden below.”

[Both men cautiously descend the stairs and are left astonished upon reaching the bottom.]

Second Man: “Look at this! What an incredible sight!

No one in the city would ever imagine that beneath a shabby house lies such a magnificent place.”

First Man: “You’re right! Ali and his companions must be hiding here.”

Second Man: “If they are here, we must be careful when entering.”

[Both draw their swords and approach the house’s entrance.]

First Man: “The door is already open. Be alert.

Let’s go in; our leader will be very pleased with us today.”

[The two men enter the house cautiously, moving towards a room where Ali and the others were sitting.]

First Man (peeking through the window): “Ali and his people are inside this room!

And with them is that old man who refused to tell us anything about them in Azamgarh.”

Second Man: “You’re right! Today, we will capture them and take them to our leader.”

First Man: “Should we attack them directly? They don’t even have weapons.”

Second Man: “No! Never underestimate anyone.

Even an ant can defeat an elephant, and Ali is the last heir of Azamgarh’s kingdom. We shouldn’t rush.”

---

Planning the Attack on Ali and His Companions

First Man: “Then what’s the plan?”

Second Man: “We’ll imitate a cat’s sound, making Ali or Junaid come outside. Once they do, we’ll capture them.”

First Man: “But we need to capture everyone, not just one!”

Second Man: “Fool! Once one of them steps out, we’ll use our swords to force our way inside and threaten the others into surrendering.”

First Man: “I see! That’s a smart plan.”

---

The Plan Begins

[The first man mimics a cat’s sound loudly.]

Ali: “Junaid! Go check outside; it seems like a hungry cat. I have some milk, give it to her.”

[Junaid steps out of the room, looking around.]

Junaid (confused): “There’s no cat here…”

[Suddenly, both men emerge from the shadows, placing their swords against Junaid’s neck.]

First Man: “Don’t even think about being clever!”

[They drag Junaid into the room.]

First Man: “Ali! Do you remember us?”

Ali (angrily): “How did you get here? Let Junaid go, or you’ll regret it!”

Second Man: “Ali, we wouldn’t have to do this if that old man had told us the truth earlier.

Now, he will also come with us.”

Ali (in a firm voice): “Let Junaid go!”

First Man: “I can see the fear in your eyes, Ali! If you want to see your friend alive, come with us without any resistance!”

Ali: “Fine, we will do as you say, but don’t harm Junaid. We will come with you.”

[Meanwhile, a servant overhears everything and rushes to inform the mysterious elder.]

Servant: “Master! Ameer Tahir’s two men have entered and attacked Ali and his companions!”

Mysterious Elder: “We must save the last heir of Azamgarh’s kingdom. Hurry! Bring me my sword; I’ll deal with them myself!”

Servant: “They have captured Junaid and placed a sword at his throat!”

Mysterious Elder: “They must be inside the room, and one of them must be guarding outside. We will strike from behind!”

---

The Mysterious Elder’s Swordsmanship and the Defeat of Ameer Tahir’s Men

[The mysterious elder, sword in hand, moves towards the room.]

[He swiftly approaches from behind and disarms one of the men, while Junaid quickly steps back.]

Ali (shocked): “Junaid!”

[Both men attack the elder, but he is a master swordsman.

The moment the first strike is made, the elder moves with lightning speed, evading it effortlessly.]

Mysterious Elder (smirking): “Did you think I’m just an old man?”

[Though outnumbered, the elder’s sword skills are unmatched.

He moves with precision, not giving his enemies a chance to counterattack.]

[After a brief but intense fight, the elder slices through one enemy’s sword, and Ali captures him.

The second man’s sword slips from his hands, and Junaid picks it up.]

[Ali and his companions are stunned, wondering how an old man possesses such incredible swordsmanship.]

Mysterious Elder: “Did you think you could enter my house and take the last heir of Azamgarh’s kingdom?”

First Man: “We didn’t know someone lived here… That mistake cost us dearly!”

Mysterious Elder: “Amir Tahir’s dream will never come true! He should forget about ruling the world!”

[The elder calls for the servant.]

Mysterious Elder: “Lock these two in the back room.”

[The servant rushes to call an elderly man.]

[Ali is startled as the old man steps forward. It is none other than Sheikh Hamza!]

Ali (shocked): “Sheikh Hamza! But… but he died in the marketplace that day!”

---

What Happens Next?

How is Sheikh Hamza alive when he was believed to be dead?

Who is this mysterious elder, and how does he know sword fighting?

The next chapter will be even more thrilling, revealing the elder’s true identity.

Stay tuned for Chapter 8…
