The cigarette in the attendant's mouth fell onto the ground. His eyes were wide open as he froze in place.

The cigarette burnt a hole in his pants and burned his skin. The wheezing nurse jumped up, cursing as she pulled on the top of her pants, shook off the cigarette that had fallen in, and stomped it out.
