Midas stepped out of the house to go to his lecture, and when Michael saw him approaching, he opened the door, knowing he would be unresponsive.

“Good morning,” Midas said cheerfully before entering the car, much to Michael’s surprise.

Michael remained where he was, still taken aback by the warm greeting, before getting into the car.
