C110 I will Look for Yu Zecheng

Lin Yin let out a cold laugh. The woman with glasses clearly took him for an idiot. Even if he were illiterate, he could understand the insults she hurled at him.

"As a Chinese person, do you really feel superior speaking foreign languages?" Lin Yin asked with a composed tone.

"You?" Gongsun Qiuyu suddenly fixed her gaze on Lin Yin, her cheeks puffing up in apparent anger. "You're truly uneducated! In this globalized era, you're acting like a relic. Do you even speak any foreign languages?"

Gongsun Qiuyu was livid. She hadn't meant to flaunt her language skills; she had just returned from studying abroad and had lived overseas for many years, naturally defaulting to English in conversation. She hadn't expected this young man in a white shirt to be so conservative.

Lin Yin sneered again, offering no explanation.

From a young age, Lin Yin had learned foreign languages. He was fluent in at least three hundred of them! There wasn't a language on Earth that he couldn't speak.

However, he never considered his linguistic prowess something to brag about.

After years of study, Lin Yin had come to realize that the characters and culture of the Dragon Country were the most profound in the world, far surpassing those of any foreign culture.

"Do you have any manners? I'm speaking to you," Gongsun Qiuyu said, looking quite imperious.

"Stupid woman," Lin Yin retorted coldly, using an obscure and rare ancient Egyptian dialect.

Gongsun Qiuyu's expression turned to one of shock as she stared at Lin Yin, her eyes twinkling as if she had stumbled upon a great discovery.

"You know ancient Egyptian?" Gongsun Qiuyu responded in the same language, her eyes brimming with interest as she looked at Lin Yin as though she had found a kindred spirit.

Lin Yin just smiled, remaining silent.

"But you're being incredibly rude. Do you realize what the word you just used means?" Gongsun Qiuyu's face flushed as she spoke, her voice low and tinged with embarrassment.

Lin Yin's phrase, simply translated to 'stupid woman,' carried a deeper connotation. In ancient Egyptian culture, it was an aggressive term a male master might use toward a female slave, even laden with flirtatious undertones.

"I don't know. Do you?" Lin Yin asked with a smirk, switching his pronunciation to that of the ancient Babylonian tongue.

His words, however, dripped with sarcasm. In essence, he was calling her foolish.

Lin Yin was amused and wanted to see just how much this presumptuous woman actually knew.

Gongsun Qiuyu, visibly infuriated, stomped her foot, clearly understanding his barb. She glared at Lin Yin, a mix of shock and annoyance in her eyes.

"Can't you speak properly?" Gongsun Qiuyu finally relented and spoke in the language of Dragon Country.

Lin Yin just smiled and kept silent.

And so it went, with Qiuyu persistently trying to engage Lin Yin in conversation as if she had discovered a gem, while he simply closed his eyes to rest.

Qiuyu, who had studied languages and history abroad, was a distinguished graduate student from one of the top five academies in the world. She had a profound interest in ancient languages and cultures from a young age. Finding Lin Yin, a polyglot, thrilled her to no end.

During the trip, Qiuyu eagerly offered an array of gourmet snacks and pastries from her luggage, along with a bottle of 1985 Burgundy wine, hoping to entice Lin Yin into a meaningful conversation.

Her eagerness was akin to a child who loves paper airplanes finding another child with the same interest, determined to share the joy of playing together.

Lin Yin, though bored, found the situation bothersome. Qiuyu's antics drew curious glances from the other passengers. Some looked on with envy, but regardless, she had become the center of attention in the cabin.

Qiuyu was undeniably a stunning beauty, with a captivating figure, exquisite features, and an exceptional aura. Her intellect was notable, and wherever she went, she drew eyes.

On their journey, Lin Yin engaged in light conversation with Qiuyu, discussing his research on ancient languages and cultures.

Upon landing at Imperial City International Airport, Qiuyu was reluctant to let Lin Yin go and attempted to get his contact information. Lin Yin, however, politely declined and promptly departed.

"Remember to get in touch with me, White Shirt Man. I can set you up with a good job. If you run into any trouble, just give me a call! My family has a lot of clout in Imperial City!" Gongsun Qiuyu called out, waving her hand with a look of regret as she watched Lin Yin walk away.

Lin Yin paid her no mind as he entered a taxi, heading for the bustling Central Sky District of Imperial City.

In the back seat, Lin Yin held a golden purple flower business card, the name Gongsun Qiuyu etched upon it, and a slight smile played at the corner of his mouth. The bespectacled girl had insisted on giving him a 24K gold business card—quite the interesting gesture.

Lin Yin surmised that she must belong to the Gongsun Family, a prominent lineage in Imperial City, with the purple flower as their emblem—a symbol of their attention to detail.

Imperial City was a nexus of influential families, any of which could wield considerable power in East Sea Province.

Yet, among them, only five families stood at the pinnacle of Dragon Country. These top five aristocratic families wielded immense influence, both globally and in international affairs.

They were the Qi family of Imperial City, the Dongling Ning Clan, the Xishan Xu Clan, the Gao Yang Gongsun Clan, and the Jiangzhou Sima Clan. These families had been illustrious for centuries, their legacies even outshining those of typical aristocratic households.

An hour later, Lin Yin's taxi pulled up in front of a majestic 50-60 story skyscraper—the Zecheng Group.

This was the enterprise of Yu Zecheng, a legendary figure with an extraordinary status in the Central Sky District. He was a self-made man who had carved out his own empire in Imperial City, a place teeming with the elite. His success was nothing short of remarkable.

Stepping out of the taxi, Lin Yin made his way directly into the reception area of the Zecheng Group's ground floor.

"Sir, whom are you here to see?" the receptionist inquired politely.

"I'm looking for Yu Zecheng," Lin Yin stated with composure.

As soon as he uttered those words, everyone in the vicinity was taken aback. They turned their gazes toward Lin Yin, and even a few security guards approached him with stern looks on their faces.

"Sir? You can't be serious," the female receptionist said, eyeing Lin Yin skeptically. "You're here to see our CEO? Do you have an appointment?"

"I don't have an appointment," Lin Yin replied evenly. "Just let him know that his Big Brother is here to see him."

The receptionist gave him a scornful glance but kept her professional demeanor, choosing to remain silent.

She thought he must be joking. Yu Zecheng was a big deal. The last time someone of importance came looking for him, even the vice district head had to wait in the lobby for over ten hours. And here was this young man, looking like he couldn't afford a decent outfit, claiming to be the CEO's Big Brother?

"You're joking, right? You're our CEO's Big Brother?" she asked incredulously.

Just then, a bald man in a black suit stepped out of the elevator, eyeing Lin Yin with contempt and letting out a derisive chuckle.

"Get him out of here. We deal with delusional people like this every day," the bald man said dismissively, clearly annoyed. "You look poor and seem to be nothing more than a student."

A group of uniformed security guards quickly converged on Lin Yin, encircling him.

"Leave on your own accord, and don't make us take action. You're too young to be stirring up trouble," one of them warned.

"This isn't a place for causing disturbances," another added.

Unruffled, Lin Yin's tone was icy as he said, "I'll say it one more time: I'm here to see Yu Zecheng."
