C8 6 years later

The years passed in the flicker of eyes. The people who sang and dance on the songs that we will never be apart, were definitely apart and waiting for the perfect opportunity to see each other again....

There came the perfect timing to relieve all those beautiful memories cherished so far.

It was Helen's engagement ceremony, every top figures of the City B were invited to witness the most awaited and heated discussion circling over the city.

Two rich business elites were joining forces, sure it was a big news for everyone. The Anderson's and the Lewis were soon going to become one, as Helen and Austin were only children of their parents, the business for sure were to be merged sooner or later.

Many people awaited it as it was an golden opportunity for the people to get the upper hand from the other side too.

Reported and media were already seeking appointments for the same.

"Dont tell me, you haven't choosed your dress yet"?. Helen said slightly annoyed over the phone.

Austin who was feeding her with fruits raised his brows.

"Yeah, Yeah I am gonna be the most beautiful one in your engagement, even I will beat you up on looks, what say". Sarah, replied jokingly as surely she indeed haven't choosed a dress yet.

"Sarah, I will introduce you to some handsome ones" Austin reminded, Helen rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, I am too excited, I am bored to death living alone, I am really in need of a boyfriend for now." Sarah leaned back on her chair and said mockingly.

"Okay, I have patients I will hangup".

Sarah hang up without hearing the other side.

"Will she be fine?" Helen said worriedly.

"It's fine baby. Victor won't eat her, after all he rarely visit that hospital, though he has founded it he has less interest on the matters of health sector.

Smith's are not in that line of business, too." Austin pulled Helen closer and patted on her back.

"Still, she don't know, she works in his Hospital, should we tell her?" Helen asked in anxious tone..

"No, let the nature take its course, we didn't reccomended her after all, she was the one who applied in that hospital after she came back". Austin tried to ease the atmosphere stating the facts.

"Baby isn't the name weird 'Jamessmith hospital' as if Victor named it after Sarah's and his surname." Helen was confused.

"Well, I too find it funny but his mother too has James has the same surname."

Austin too was bit confused in this matter, because all the top casino's and hotels in City were run my Smith's but healthcare was Victor's private investment.

"Anyway, they will soon meet at our engagement"Austin eyes flashed with excitement.

In the hospital

"Goosh, the doctor is too lazy how did she even passed the medical exam?". Few students were gossiping outside the door when Victor heard the commotion.

"Is there a new recruits?" He asked his assistant Henry Paul.

"Yes, it's a lady who came from City A two months ago, she looks beautiful in white coat, I must say." Henry gave a wicked smile.

Henry had meet her once, though she looked like someone who was half awake and half asleep but she was exceptionally good at her skills.

"Okay. Let's see over the accounts". Victor took his gaze off from the door in ease, he trusted Henry's opinion, this department was something that had always gave him chill over his heart. He din't wanted to get himself involved too much.

He never visited this hospital, as this was a different line of industry, it was not so profitable too, still he wanted to run it.

All the works were handled by the mangers appointed by him, he would come here only in case of urgency.

"Welcome, Mr. Smith. We are pleased to have you here." Soon manager Eric Walltres came towards them.

He was in his 50's, he was HOD of the hospital, he was also one of the top surgeon in the City B.

Victor shook his hand and acknowledged the same.

"Soon it will be 4 years our hospital started operating, my purpose to call you here was to give you and assistant Henry a full body check up."

Manager Eric invited two nurses over and instructed them to take the two handsome man for a routine check up.

As Victor never involved himself in this business, no one knew that he was the boss, only few knew but he insisted them to shut their mouth.

"I don't think it's necessary" Victor was annoyed, time was most precious for him.

"Mr. Smith, you should take care of your health too. Think me as a elder instructing you" Eric gave a pleading look which was sincere.

How could Victor say no after all Eric was the top surgeon his hospital was on profit and half of its cause was Eric presence in his hospital, even they were also on good terms.

"Okay " He nodded at last.

"Here, nurse tell every doctors that they can't make this person dissapointed he is one of the top most client. Did you get it? ".

Eric instructed the nurses, whose face was already flushed red from the presence of Victor and Henry who were tall and handsome most importantly their Aura was domeeniering.

Their heart beat was not of those of normal people.

Soon, the checkup of top client news was circulated to every department.

When Sarah found the news, she yawned. What checkup? She wanted to sleep for now, thinking she doozed and soon fell asleep on her chair.

Victor and Henry's checkup almost ended, taking 3 hours of their precious time.

When Eric said.

"You haven't checked on the Dermentology department, there is new Doctor she is very good at her work, Mr. Smith let's have a look. "

The word only could make Victor gaze turned cold, Henry was about to say that the word is allergic to his master.

Soon he heard.

"okay" from Victor's side which left him rather speech less.

"She is very hardworking, women" Eric opened the cabin's door and walked forward he gave a satisfied smile but as soon as the door was flung opened, the smile in Eric's face froze.

A women with round delicate face was sleeping soundly on the chair, with a long strand of her hair slightly flowing over her cheeks. She was calm and stagnant like the lake wanting for the onlookers to dive deep to its depth.

Eric face changed its color in an instant, he was really mesmerized by the peaceful scenario but he soon composed himself thinking back to the purpose of their visit.

Victor eyes became gloomier and his brows furrowed looking at the women sleeping soundly in front of his eyes, he soon felt goosebumps all over his body.

Henry chuckled. What? Hardworking are you kidding?

Victor narrowed his gaze. He really wanted to look at her closely just to be assured that he wasn't mistaken.

She was still the same carefree, lazy and rough, even without a single makeup in her face her face was smooth and healthy, even man would put some effort on their appearance but this women surpassed them all, when giving a close glance, she seemed to be more matured this time.

Victor eyes forgot to blink for a moment. Eric felt the atmosphere to suddenly drop to few degrees, the look in Victor's expressionless face was something scary annoyed, he knocked the table three times only then the women, opened her eyes.

Before she could even react, she jumped from her chair and stood sideways. Her face was nomore calm as before. A line of astonishment flashed over her eyes.

She twitched her eye leads, blinked her eyes thrice while rubbing her eyes, she trembled slightly, adding more charm to her carefree nature.

Her eyes only captured one person who was standing right behind Eric.

Eric thought she was enchanted by Victor's looks which made him little uncomfortable in his heart. He never thought Sarah to be such a kind of women.

"Miss James, I hope you got the information beforehand, I never thought you were such a careless person to begin with" he said in dissapointed tone.

"I.. I am sorry Doctor, I was not in a good mood" Sarah pull of thoughts were once again brought back to reality by Eric's cold scold.

"Well, you two can leave, I will do the checkup myself". Victor spoke in domineering manner and signaled the others to leave.

Eric gave a cold look to Sarah and nodded slightly to Victor then left with Henry who was little reluctant.

He was really curious still he left without resistance.

The room felt silent only two people stood facing each other.

Soon the four eyes meet. Sarah widened her eyes in disbelief while Victor's eyes dimmed to the point where it was like there was fire burning in his heart.
