C6 He Didn't Want to be Tortured
Falling into Dongfang Ze's embrace, Tianyi knew escaping was just a fantasy. Even if she managed to break free, a whole team of bodyguards awaited her. She felt utterly hopeless. Dongfang Ze wanted to talk, but she doubted his intentions were good.
What could she do? She felt a deep sense of regret, like she was playing with fire. But it was too late; she was already in his grasp, with no way out.
She had assumed he would settle her in a study, offer her a cup of tea, and have a proper conversation. That seemed like the right way to talk things over. But this guy didn’t play by the rules.
Tianyi found herself thrown onto a familiar bed, one she had been on just days before. Lying there again, her mind raced. She glared at Dongfang Ze, frustrated, and asked, “What are you doing?”
“What do you think?” Dongfang Ze swiftly removed his tie and tossed it aside, then lunged at her like a hungry wolf.
Tianyi pushed against his shoulders, trying to keep him at bay. “Dongfang Ze, weren’t you going to talk to me? What is this?”
He smiled, his voice calm. “I am talking to you. I’m just giving you a lesson first, so you can learn to tell the difference between big and small.”
The mention of "big and small" made Tianyi realize he was getting back at her. She blushed, stammering, “No need to trouble yourself... I can tell the difference.”
“I don’t think you can,” Dongfang Ze replied with a wicked grin. “Today, you’re going to figure out whether mine is big or small.”
Tianyi’s mind went blank with regret. Why had she made that Dongfang Ze doll? Sure, she made some money and successfully embarrassed him, but the price she had to pay was beyond what she could have imagined.
Though that guy, Ze, is good-looking, when he loses his temper, he's a complete beast.
Tianyi clutched the blanket tightly, enduring the pain, her eyes brimming with tears as she glared at Ze.
"Have you figured it out now?" he asked her, his voice devoid of any emotion.
Seeing her remain silent, he pressed on, "Still think you're too young?"
Tianyi huffed, turning her head away to avoid his gaze.
Ze's long fingers reached out, tilting her chin, forcing her to meet his eyes.
"Tianyi, don't get too cocky with me."
How was she being cocky? Clearly, he was the one going too far, tormenting her at the slightest disagreement. She was fed up.
"Ze, what do you want from me?" She was tired of being tormented like this and didn't want her future to be filled with such misery.
A year ago, on their wedding night, she had kept her distance.
She never imagined that a year later, he'd torment her even more, driving her to the brink. How could he be so cruel? Why couldn't he just let her go? She had returned not to stir up trouble but to live a peaceful life, hoping never to be entangled with Ze again.
"I need a reason," Ze said, loosening his grip on her chin slightly, his voice softening a bit.
But his face showed pain. A year ago, she had made him a laughingstock in the city, and now that she was back, he needed a reason, an explanation for why she left him.
Tianyi reached out, slowly prying his hand away.
