MEETING WITH THE GOVERNOR

"You mean there is such a group?" The governor asked Bori in his bedroom where they were privately discussing his mission

""I too find it difficult to believe it at first your excellency, but they exist and they are a threat to all the wealthy people of our society. And we don't know who may be their next victim in this hostile take over businesses!"

"In my state? How can such people with sinister agenda exist?" We must do all things we need to do to flush them out!"

"Exactly!"

"But who could they have used to replace that beast in the prison?"

"How may I know?" But by the time we bring that devil in we will know"

"Bori are sure you don't want me to send my own private investigators in disguise into the prison to find his replacement?"

"You will only alert his people if you do so, you know a group as dangerous as this will have their own men in every strata of the society and we don't know who may be part of them. I am sure they will have their eyes glued to the replacement, if your men make a move on the person you will alert them"

"And their guy you are going after will be warned to go into hiding in Ghana" the governor said

"Definitely!"

"Don't worry then, I know what to tell grandpa so that he won't raise objection about your travelling, but you must communicate with me while you are there. And don't hesitate to call for help if the need for it arise, don't try to be an hero like you used to do"

"I won't your excellency"

"When are you planning to leave?"

"I will leave early tomorrow morning from here in disguise as one of your escorts, and when we get to the secretariat I will sneak away without anyone knowing that I am the one going out"

IN GHANA AFTER A MONTH

A man was seen tailing a Ghanian lady, the lady in question was a senior secretary in Orikore's office. She was coming from one hospital where she had gone to check on her sick mother. Since she came from the office after work to this hospital, it was already getting dark at this hour she was been tailed.

On the way to her private residence as a top flight secretary of a wealthy man, she has to go by a public park; which usually is secluded when it is getting dark but not dangerous. Because it is located in a government reserved area where well to do middle class people like this lady lived and the area is well guided by security.

This lady's name is Selina Ofori she, is single and financially bouyance because she was been well paid by Orikore as assistant to his main secretary who also is an elderly female Ghanian. All his secretaries were specially handpicked for him by some Ghanians who were members of Poscoe's club in Ghana.

These secretaries are well paid and had been placed under oath of secrecy and death,no information about their boss or the happenings in their office will ever slip out of their lips.

So in this almost dark evening, as Selina was crossing this dark but saved public park as a short cut to her house. The man tailing her suddenly emerged and pounced upon her, he covered her mouth with her large hand and began to violently drag her further into the dark park where there are many thick foliage trees.

Selina tried to struggle free from this huge man's grip, but he was too strong for her; so she became desperately fearful for her life. Somehow she believed this man was not interested in her money, otherwise he could have just taken her bag and run. So she believed he either want to kidnap her or rape her and she struggled more violently to free herself.

While she was struggling with the man she was grunting in her bid to shout and call for help. Although her grunting was not really loud, but a man with a sensitive hearing who was passing by the park heard it.

This man too was tall, huge and fearless, when he heard the heavy grunting he believed somebody was in the park trying to do a mischievous thing. So like a cat he gingerly entered into the park to look around for the sound he heard.

Soon he saw Selina been dragged further and further into the dark part of the park, he picked a thick wood from the ground and made a detour so that he could sneaked on the man dragging the lady away from the back of that park that the man was dragging her into.

He removed his shoes and ran lightly to corner the man in that inward part of the park. Soon he arrived at the back and came suddenly upon the man who did not know that he was coming and he raised the heavy stick in his hand with the intention of smashing it upon the abductor's head, but the man saw him before the stick could land on his head and he dodge to one side.

While he was dodging the stick, Selina who has been struggling in his hand broke free and shouted. When the man heard Selina shouting and saw that the man who came to her rescue was capable to harm him he tried to run away.

But the man who came to rescue Selina was too fast for him, he gripped his cloth and shouted

"You, you cannot escape tonight, you thug! You want to rape this innocent sister! You won't escape!"

Selina shouted

"Thank you brother, don't let him escape, hold him tight let me call the police"

"I am holding him tightly he can't escape, call the police"

Selina opened her bag to bring out her phone to call the police, while she was doing so the abductor who did not want to be handed over to the police headbutt the man who came to rescue Selina and the man lost his grip on the abductor's cloth.

The abductor picked race and tried to run away, but the rescuer recovered quickly from the shock of the headbutt and pursued him and grabbed him again.

At this moment Selina stopped calling the police and began to shout because she remembered that there were some residential security men not too far from the park.

When the abductor heard her shout for help he suddenly brought out a knife and stabbed the man gripping him on the side of his chest. The man lose his hand on him and gripped his chest and cried.

"Wow, he stabbed me with knife!"

When Selina heard that the man who came to help her was stabbed she rushed blindly towards the abductor with the stick that her rescuer earlier tried to smash on the abductor's head, but before she could hit him the guy ran away in the dark night

As he ran away into the dark part of the park that he faced, some security men who heard the shout of Selina rushed into the park from the other side. When they came, some of them knew Selina and they asked her what happened?

She told them her experience and together with these security men her rescuer who was stabbed was rushed to the nearest hospital.

AT THE HOSPITAL

Two days later, Selina was seen visiting the stabbed rescuer who was a very handsome Nigerian. He claimed he was newly transferred to Ghana as an embassy worker from Nigeria and he also lived in that government reserved area.
