C11 :It has started.

Alex's pov

I told CEO Daniel to give me the names of the bodyguards and Secretaries who work closely with him and he gave me their names.

Ceo Daniel has already set the bait with a fake document the spy would think it's important.

After the plan I told him, he set up cameras in his office and left the bait on his office table for the spy to steal.

As expected, the secretary, who was a single secretary, fell for it. He told me that she took her phone and took pictures of the documents and then left his office quickly.

This was two days ago.

He has already seen who it was that was stealing his company information, but I told him not to fire her yet, because we don't know how many spies there are in his office and if he fires her , the others will become conscious of their actions and it will be harder to find them.

I told him not to act hostile towards her, since she must start suspecting something as well.

He agreed that the best thing to do was to just act the same way he was doing all these while he didn't know what she was doing, till I was done with my investigation.

I know he doesn't trust me ,but I also know he has no other choice but to trust me, if he doesn't want his company to continue falling.

Since I needed more information about his bodyguards and those who work close to him, I decided to follow those that work close with him.

I have been doing it for two days and it hasn't been fruitful but today, I think I will make a breakthrough, because he told me he finds it hard to just look at his secretary who he knows is a spy with a smile.

So here I am.

Parked by the side of the road, I made sure not to be too obvious.

I was parking behind a car.

I rented a car , because this job needs it.

I slowly opened the car window.

I was watching CEO Daniel's bodyguard who would nervously turn from left to right,to be sure he wasn't he wasn't being followed.

Even though the car window was half open , I was sitting with my head down. I would wait for him to make a move before raising my head.

The bodyguard stopped in front of a door, he pressed the doorbell and a minute later a man I was sure was working for my ex in law's company emerged from the door.

I raised my phone quickly.

The camera sound was not loud enough to be heard.

They quickly rushed into the house and locked the door.

I checked the pictures and smiled.

"I got a good shot." I complimented myself.

The pictures were clear and it even showed the bodyguard walking into the house.

Five minutes passed and I was still wondering if I should stay there or go back home, when the bodyguard came out of the house and closed the door.

He just began casually walking down the street and I took more pictures of him until I couldn't see him anymore.

I drove back to the apartment building and after I got into my room, I sent the pictures I had to CEO Daniel and I knew he was asleep so I will wait till tomorrow.

I sat on my desk and opened my laptop.

I didn't think that I would be sleeping tonight. I decided to do more research on the bodyguard and I didn't find much on his social media page. He wasn't friend's with the man he just met.

I also sent a message to Ceo Daniel explaining that the bodyguard has no connection with the man he just met and I know that now and someone that works for my ex in law's.

After sending the message I put my phone aside and continued typing on my laptop. I was describing the last character of the dating sim game, round face, brown undercut hair and emerald eyes , with a tattoo of a small dragon on the left side of his neck right under his ear.

He is wearing a blue top and black jeans with black army boots.

I looked over the details of the other characters and also sent it to Ceo Daniel. I sent him a message informing him that if he comes across any trouble he should contact me or if his drawers finish designing the characters, he should tell me ,so I can see the finished look.

I reminded him he needed to hurry and get this done within a month because my in-laws were planning on launching their own in three months' time.

I know that this will take a lot of time and money, but he should first start the initial drawing ,the rest won't be much of a problem.

My phone alarm rang and I looked at my phone to see it was already three in the morning.

"I should get some sleep. " I yawned as I slowly got up from my chair and jumped on the bed.

I know that there was still a lot to be done , so I needed to work fast.

After a week, just as I followed that bodyguard I did to the rest of his employees that work closely with him, I found two more people that were acting suspicious and I took pictures of them and who they met up with and sent it to Ceo Daniel.

After my investigation was fine CEO Daniel thanked me and told me he will keep me updated on everything that was happening.

Ceo Daniel fired three of his employees.

I sent him pictures of them meeting suspicious people and I think he confirmed they are spies, he also fired someone questioning him for firing his close employees.

That was all spies in his company working closely with him, two bodyguards and two secretaries, he hired new people and kept an eye on them.

He also made sure to tell everyone he knew that those employees he fired were spies in his company, so I guess that they won't be getting a job in a good company again and now they are useless, my ex in law won't have any need for them anymore.

Ceo Daniel was the one that kept me updated and he also told me that he was ready to launch the new dating sim game.

I was happy when he informed me about the progress.

I didn't have much to do for now, so I just stayed at home making more research on ways to help CEO Daniel get back at my ex wife Riley and her family.

I was watching the news in the living room and my ex wife Riley came and sat down to be interviewed by the news presenter.

I grit my teeth and just watched, she was smiling and was happy after what she did to me.

"So Miss Riley, how does it feel to be a strong,rich and independent woman at such a young age?" The news lady asked my ex wife Riley.

Riley smiled and took a deep breath.

"I guess you were all born, beautiful,rich and intelligent, it would have been a mess if I was just beautiful without any brains." She replied and they both laughed happily and I clutched the TV remote in my hand.

How dare she laugh like this when she screwed me over?

"We want to hear it from you, what happened between you and your ex husband?" She asked Riley and Riley paused and faked a pained expression.

"He cheated on me and was still denying it, all I know is that he doesn't deserve a classy lady like me." She replied and I scoffed.

Classy my feet.

"More like a snake, filthy slut!" I hissed.

"You are really strong to overcome something so big , so how do you feel now you are divorced?" She asked Riley.

"I feel better and it feels like a burden has been lifted off my shoulder, I need everybody literally knows that my ex-husband is lazy and doesn't want to work to get money, I even offered higher position in my father's company but he refused as choose to remain a cleaner because he doesn't want too much stress working." Riley said and my eyes widened and I gasped.

I gripped the TV remote in my hand and raised it to throw at the TV, then I remembered that the bodyguard told me not to ruin anything in this house and I stopped my hand and exhaled sharply as I glared at the TV.

How could Riley lie against me and not even be moved.

I asked her and my Father-in-Law to give me a better job in the company numerous times but I was turned down, so how dare she lie against me?

I was always hard-working, I cleaned the yard ,tended to the garden when under the hot sun, helped the maids sometimes in cleaning the house, I even ran errands for my Father in law and she said I am lazy?

I took deep breaths to calm myself down because hearing her lie against me was just driving me insane..

Didn't she have enough or when she cheated on me and divorced me?

Why is she lying now?

I scoffed.

I will crush you Riley I silently promised myself.

"This laugh ...you are enjoying laughing at me on live news, I will have the last laugh and make sure you regret this." I promised as I tossed the TV remote on the couch and stood up.

I was about to leave when I paused to see her not talking anymore.

"Miss Riley, is something wrong?" The interviewer asked as Riley was looking down to her lap, I think she had her phone on her hand.

She was answering all questions with grace and elegance and lying against Mr, so what is happening now?

I tilted my head to the side and waited to see if she would talk.

My phone on the couch chirped and I took it and I saw I got a message from CEO Daniel.

"It's done, we can prepare popcorn for the show." His message read and he sent me some pictures that made the corners of my lips turn upwards as an unwavering smile formed on my face.

It doesn't matter what Riley my ex wife says now, no one can make me get upset.

I looked back to the Tv and saw my ex wife's smile had vanished and she excused herself and left the interview and they went on a break.

It has started.

Bitch better be prepared.

Ceo Daniel has launched the dating sim game with the characters in the one they were preparing.

I hope you can take the dishes you serve Riley, I serve it hot." I laughed loudly like a maniac.

Riley and her Father are always stealing information from ceo Daniel company and using it before him, I hope they can take it when he does.

I just wonder, what will my ex in law do now?

Will they launch their own game and be called thieves or will they change the characters that took months to design?

"This is simply amazing, I want to see this happening in the front roll seat." I chuckled to myself and sat down on the couch and I opened my social media page.

I was surprised at a post I saw.

Someone showed the character designs of the dating sim game that my ex-laws want to launch two months from now and are calling them thieves because they stole it from CEO Daniel company.

I laughed more loudly.

Ceo Daniel must have paid this one in my ex in-laws company to do this, she left the job claiming they are thieves and the comments are just wild.

I mean damn.

I couldn't be more happier that I called ceo Daniel.

"Thank you sir for doing me this big favor." I thanked him and he chuckled.

"You are my partner in crime, you deserve the credit, let me finish what I started." He said and ended the call and sent me the remaining two million dollars like we agreed.

Finally I have met someone that has the same hate for ky in law's.

I will pull them down with every dirt I know about them

"Now then ,off to the next plan." I smirked as I stood up and headed to my laptop.
