C4 Armageddon

Xu Qin did not like looking at herself in the mirror, so she naturally did not notice her changes. She only felt that her walking speed had increased, her strength increased, and that her facial features had become more transparent.

"Then, I'll go back first." Jiang Lei had completely forgotten about what he was doing. The big size man had his hands and feet tied, his face was flushed red and the fleshy face looked somewhat cute.

"Jiang Lei, wait." Xu Qin suddenly called out to him.

Jiang Lei turned his head around as his bright and beautiful eyes hurriedly shifted away.

"It's going to change tonight. Be careful."

Hearing those words that seemed to be of concern to him, Jiang Lei stared blankly at that beautiful figure as she walked further and further away.

After returning to his room and locking the door, Xu Qin looked at the large pile of items that appeared in the empty space.

The vegetables grown on the ground were almost ripe as well.

It was green and refreshing.

In the third year after the apocalypse, the land had been destroyed so badly that nothing could be planted. Many of the food was already past the shelf life, and those with the ability would hunt down two mutated animals to eat, but those without the ability could only wait for their deaths.

After exiting the space, Xu Qin made a call.

He made three calls before he got picked up.

"Hello?" The voice on the other end of the phone was a little hoarse.

Xu Qin could not help but frown, and drink again.

"Dad, why are you drinking again? Didn't you say you wouldn't drink anymore? " She had planned to go straight to the point and tell him to be careful, but after knowing that he was drinking again, she couldn't help herself.

"If you don't want to drink, you won't be able to sleep. If you don't have anything to do, then go to sleep early." He wanted to hang up on her.

"It's going to change tomorrow. No matter what you hear, don't open the door. Lock the door. Prepare more food at home, I'll come and look ?"

Before she could finish her sentence, she heard a light snoring sound.

After the apocalypse, she had no news of her father. He was in Northwest X, and he had not returned since the death of his mother.

Falling asleep in the middle of the night, Xu Qin went to the kitchen to find a machete and then stood by the window, waiting for the arrival of the apocalypse. She lived on the second floor, and this building only had six floors.

It was late at night, and the sky was dark. It was very remote here, and most of the people who lived there were migrant workers. They all went to bed early, and it was as quiet as usual.

Xu Qin raised her head. Even though it was dark, she could clearly see the dark clouds in the sky pressing down, as if they wanted to swallow the entire ground.

Close. Only an hour left.

In the darkness of the night, a figure rapidly shuttled back and forth between the grain depot and oil depot before finally stopping at the entrance of the warehouse.

He skillfully opened the door and in just five minutes, the figure quickly locked the warehouse's door.

Returning to his room, Xu Qin stuffed some food and clothes into his backpack.

There were too many materials in the warehouse. She didn't really have the heart to see those materials fall into someone else's hands, but she still kept a portion out of goodwill, even though it wasn't much.

It was six o'clock in the morning, and it was still dark, and the early labourers had finally discovered that something was wrong.

"AHH!" Roars and cries of pain came from downstairs.

The houses of the old residents were not soundproof, so these sounds quickly spread. Not long after, the wails of the residential area rang out one after another.

"Sssii ~!" The door to Xu Qin's room creaked from being grabbed.

Carrying his backpack, Xu Qin held his machete and suddenly opened the door.
