C7 THE ARROGANCE OF A RARE GIRL 1

So Grace began to tell them a story,

"Years back, there was a girl who was called Ewanimi, she was born into a rich societal family.Her father was a very handsome and intelligent up swinging business man and her mother was a royal beautiful self conscious princess!"

Ewanimi been their only daughter gathered in herself the noble innate quality of her father but the ignoble qualities of her mother she possessed in a far higher dimension!

She was the most flawless beautiful girl in all her environments! And her self conscious mother made sure it was engraved into her heart that she was the most beautiful girl of the nation!

On top of this, she was athletic, strong, witty and very intelligent! Academically speaking, nobody could meet up to her in all the classes she went through on her way to the university. Because her parents were rich, she wore bright fanciful dresses which her mother who was knowledgeable about trending wears carefully selected to enhance her skin and complexion.

She taught her very early that she was a royal princess, so she must appear everywhere as a dignify person who classed herself higher than her mates. Though she looked so tender to the eyes, but her mother made sure she attended martial art school from her tender age; so that her tender appearance will deceive and shock any one who may want to take advantage of her!

Her mother also made sure she attended schools with the children of the super wealthy in their state of residence; so that she would be connected to the people her mother called the future owner of the nation, and in all her schools Ewanimi dominated all her classmate in beauty and in brain!

She been witty and strong willed like her mother had very strong domineering attitudes like her mother, and she was always the center of attraction wherever she went. She enjoyed seeing others flocking around her in awe and worship as their postal girl that they can't do without!

Indeed Ewanimi was a rare breed!

It is always very difficult in life to be a person who have it all, the common thing to see with ladies is to see some that are so pretty but with half brains. Or to see the braining ones with dull plain face and figure, but Ewanimi combined these two things mightily well in her sylph like glowing lush body! She was a rare breed born not only with silver spoon in her mouth; but with diamond spoon!

However, all these great qualities were off balanced and overshadowed in her young life, because what could have been the icing on her cake was glaringly missing!

This thing is what will make the most ugly girl in the neighborhood beautiful in the eyes of men! I am talking about humility, agreeable courtesy and good character. If Ewanimi should possess these noble qualities; people could have called her an angel in human flesh, but these things were glaringly missing in her life.

Due to this, people rarely stay long around her before they see her as an alluring devil, because she enjoyed stepping on people without care for their feelings; and she often make those who come around her feel they are bunch of unintelligent fools!

For example, she had a terrible fall out between her and her classmates one day which was caused by her insensitive acts, and this caused the school principal to summon their parents.

The fallout happened like this, after their examination at the end of that particular term, some of the girls huddled together at the back of their classroom; checking and comparing their results.

Actually, non among her mates used to ask to see her result, because they knew the first position has been exclusively her's. On this particular occasion, seven of her mates were checking and comparing their results when she came into the class with her own in her hand

She knew what they were doing and she tried to join them because her only acknowledged friend was among them, that friend was called Pemisire. When the girls saw her approaching them they all quickly pocketed their results, but Pemisire was too clumsy and slow that Ewanimi got to her before she could hide her own result

Ewanimi immediately tried to snatch the result out of her hands, but Pemisire held firmly unto it, because she knew Ewanimi would passed ridiculing remarks on her if she set her eyes on what she scored in Mathematics and English.

When Ewanimi saw that she did not want to release her result she said,

"You will only let your result be torn if you do not release it to me, why are you hiding it from me? Take my own and check"

She stretched out her result with her second hand to Pemisire, but Pemisire did not collect it from her. When she knew she would tear the result because she was in her usual daredevil mood, she released the result to her.

When Ewanimi went through it she said,

"I already know you did not do well, upon all the precious time I spent coaching you, that is why you don't want me to see your result. I am surprised you could not even score fifty in that simple English paper in which I score ninety nine. Oh you even score forty five in maths; I don't think I will walk with you again because you are a stain on me!

You can keep huddling with these indolent backbenchers who always hide in the dark to check their results; at least you are comfortable in their midst

She threw Pemisire's result on her face, hissed and turned to go. In that instant, one of them called Gloria who could not stomach been called an indolent backbencher forcefully drew her back. Ewanim violently yanked off Gloria's hand from her own arm and Gloria fell down

With hot fury, when Gloria stood up she gave Ewanimi a mighty slap on her face. Gloria was a much taller and huge girl and everybody present expected and believed she could teach Ewanimi a long deserved lesson; so that her arrogant wings could be clipped

So with this expectation, non of them stopped Gloria when she wanted to slap Ewanimi the second time. However, the final result did not go the way they expected; they were shocked to see the way Ewanimi evaded the descending slap and gave Gloria a karate kick on her knees that forced Gloria to fall face flat on the cold floor. It was at this juncture that it dawned on them that Ewanimi was a trained karate fighter.

She jumped on Gloria and held her in an arm lock and it was as if Gloria's arm was about to be pulled out of her shoulder, she screamed like a person that death is crushing her bones! She begged her mates that are around to rescue her from Ewanimi, because she felt Ewanimi will tear off her arm!
