With a splash, I subconsciously covered my eyes and tried to jump back, but something wrapped around my ankle pulled me straight into the pool.

When I first entered the water, even though I was holding my breath, I could still smell a strange fragrance coming from the water. It was like a lotus, like an orchid, but I couldn't tell where it came from.
