I glared daggers at the new girl as I held her hand tightly not ready to let go.

"You... are hurting... me" she said in pain

"I'm hurting you? What were you trying to do? If you hadn't come to me first, I won't be hurting you" I said and pushed her away

"I just wanted to check something"
