C18 Chapter 19

And as the voice said,

The moon split into three.

"THE GODDESS OF ALL HAS GIVEN BIRTH AND BLESSED US WITH..."

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMM!

0________0

That's how people reacted, everyone started running when an explosion occurred.

They screamed, everyone was running, and chaos spread throughout the entire palace.

When the bloodied and breathless goddess of fire reappeared,

"What happened to you, goddess of fire?!" the king asked worriedly.

"THE ENTIRE GARDELLIA IS UNDER ATTACK FROM THE DARK KINGDOM!!!"

The king's eyes widened.

"TAKE ME TO GARDELLIA," the king shouted.

So, the goddess of fire had no choice but to bring the king to Gardellia.

The goddess and gods quickly approached them.

"Where is Ares?! And my child?!" the king shouted.

"We need to rescue them," said the god of lightning.

And they ran into the palace of Gardellia.

They fought the Evilanians one by one.

Until they reached the room where Ares was.

The king rushed ahead and threw a fireball at the enemies blocking his path.

When he opened the door,

The king burst into tears when he saw Ares lying on the floor, bleeding.

Ares was holding his own bloodied stomach.

The king quickly knelt and embraced Ares, applying pressure to his wound.

"Please don't leave me, Ares! Sob. Please don't leave me, PLEASE!!!" the king cried.

While the gods and goddesses protected them from the enemies trying to harm them.

Ares held the king's cheek and wiped away his tears.

"D-don't cry, my love," Ares said, struggling to speak and coughing up blood.

"I LOVE YOU, ARES, PLEASE DON'T LEAVE ME!!! SOB. DON'T LET OUR CHILD GROW UP WITHOUT A MOTHER!!! SOB. Ares, please hold on," the king cried.

"F-forgive me, but I-I can't go on any longer... This is it for me... Thank you for making me happy..." Ares said.

So, the king tightly embraced Ares.

The gods and goddesses felt sympathy for them.

They were deeply saddened and in pain, especially because there was nothing they could do for Ares, who was already injured.

"No! Sob. No, don't say that. Sob. You will survive Sob Don't say that, I can't bear losing you Sob," the king said.

"My beloved king, my D-Dezeus... I-I let our child escape... And I hope you meet them... I love you, but this is the end... Thank you," Ares said, smiling as life slowly faded from him.

The king felt like a statue when he realized Ares no longer had a pulse.

He trembled as he held Ares' face, kissed his forehead, and, one last time, kissed his lips before Ares turned to ashes and drifted away with the wind.

"I WON'T ALLOW THIS!!!!" the king shouted, and he ignited in flames, pulling out the forbidden sword—the sacred sword, the master sword. The wind grew stronger, and the dark sky darkened even more.

Everyone fighting stopped and trembled as they saw King Dezeus engulfed in flames, his rage turning all enemies in his path to ashes.

The Evilanians fled in fear, but the king didn't let them escape and wiped out all the Evilanians he saw.

Until they were all gone, leaving only the gods and goddesses.

The king, consumed by rage, continued his onslaught even after the enemies were dead.

The gods and goddesses couldn't stop King Dezeus.

So, they joined forces to stop him.

They succeeded, but a horrifying event occurred.

They were running out of strength, and before they lost their lives,

The goddess of souls turned the gods and goddesses into spirits that would awaken when the prophecy came true.

And their bodies vanished.

The king, covered in blood, fainted.

After that, many Evilanians died, and those left began gathering strength.

Life returned to normal, and the king woke up, determined to change his ways.

He did everything to find his child, but they couldn't locate the child.

The king didn't know if it was a boy or girl, twins, or not.

He had no idea. Nothing.
