I sat in the corner booth of a small restaurant just a few blocks from the house, my eyes staring blankly at the half-eaten sandwich on my plate.
I didn’t know where or what to do, so I ended up here.
I sighed, leaning back into the worn leather of the booth, my mind circling back to the past few days' events.
It was all too much.
My phone chimed, breaking through my thoughts
