C9 The Shooting Range

Ava felt excitement and nervousness as she made her way to her first class at Blackman University. She had spent the summer studying and preparing but still felt uncertain as she stepped into the classroom. The room was filled with students from different majors, all chatting and getting to know each other. Ava took a deep breath and made her way to an empty seat.

The professor began the class with a warm greeting, introducing herself and the course material. Ava listened intently, taking notes and trying to keep up with the pace of the lecture. As the class progressed, Ava found herself getting more and more engaged in the material. She had always loved science, and the course was challenging but fascinating.

After class, Ava met up with her new friends, Sarah, Rachel, and Lily. They talked about their first impressions of the university and their styles, exchanging tips and advice. Ava was grateful for their support and friendship, and she felt a sense of camaraderie with her fellow students.

As the weeks passed, Ava settled into attending classes, studying, and socializing with her new friends. She found that she had a natural aptitude for her science courses and enjoyed the challenge of learning new concepts and theories. She also found that love for the language courses she had chosen, and she enjoyed practicing French and English with her roommates.

Despite the rigorous coursework, Ava made time for self-care and relaxation. She continued to make herbal teas, which she shared with her friends, and she also made time for yoga and meditation. She found that these practices helped her stay focused amidst the stress of college life.

Ava became increasingly involved in campus activities as the semester progressed. As Students need to join at least one club, Ava looks into the list of clubs - Debate Club, Music Club, Drama Club, Sports Club, Art Club, Science Club, Writing Club, Robotics Club, and Shooting Club.

Ava joined the Shooting Club to continue practicing the shooting skills she had learned during her military training.

Ava was excited to meet the leadership and members of the Shooting Club. She was introduced to the club's captain, a fourth-year student named Jack, who had been shooting since he was a child. Jack was patient and enthusiastic about teaching others; Ava could tell he was passionate about the sport.

The vice-captain was a third-year student named Parker, who had a sharp eye and steady hand. Parker was eager to help Ava improve her technique and gave her some tips on steadying her grip and aiming better.

The seniors and first-year members of the club were also friendly and welcoming. They shared their experiences with shooting and offered advice on handling different types of guns and targets. Ava was grateful for their guidance and support.

After introductions, Jack and Parker took Ava to the shooting range and started her training. First, they reviewed the basics of gun safety and the proper way to hold and aim a gun. Ava quickly picked up on the techniques and hit her target more accurately as the training session continued.

Jack and Emily also helped Ava develop a weekly training plan that would allow her to practice and improve her skills outside of club meetings. In addition, they suggested different drills and exercises that would help her build her strength and focus.

Ava felt a sense of accomplishment and excitement for the upcoming training sessions as she left the shooting range. She was grateful for the support and encouragement from her new friends in the Shooting Club. She was looking forward to improving her skills in the coming weeks.
