C1005 Hidden Star Secret Talisman

Most of the time, the Galaxy Ancient Starships operating in the outer realms were manned by beings of various races. Humans and great demons who ventured forth from the Boundless Land already possessed the ability to soar through the stars on their own, often eschewing the need for external aids.

Moreover, human cultivators used this very method to temper their Yang God bodies. So, when Benin and Hart learned that a Galaxy Ancient Starship was nearing, hope ignited within them, and they felt rescue was imminent.

"Dragon Slash Platform..."

Out of nowhere, a tendril of Yu Yuan's soul power was drawn to a grayish-white stone weaving through the spatial rifts. Moments later, his consciousness entered the inner world of the Dragon Slash Platform, revealing the colossal remains of the Space-time Dragon, bathed in an otherworldly luminescence.

This glow was unmistakably the special ability that had departed from the Dragon Slash Platform to mend the spatial fissures. An array of dazzling symbols, lines, and enigmatic patterns emerged from the Space-time Dragon's remains, casting forth a nebulous radiance.

"Hidden Star!"

Deep within Yu Yuan's Yin God, a flicker of memory sparked to life, vividly presenting the secret arts of either the Dragon Slash Platform or the Space-time Dragon.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

A succession of soul power beams burst forth from his Yin God, coalescing into an enigmatic secret talisman symbolizing "Hidden Star" atop the Space-time Dragon's head. This talisman seemed to tap into the latent power of the Space-time Dragon, echoing the Dragon Slash Platform's call.

Outside in the Nirvana Realm, the same mysterious secret talisman materialized in the depths of Yu Yuan's gaze. As he peered into the void, the realm wall before him was shrouded in an ethereal glow.

The once-repaired spatial wall underwent a peculiar transformation, as if it were gradually vanishing into the Gloom Star River.

"Hmm?"

"What's happening? Are my eyes deceiving me?"

"Where did the Nirvana Realm go?"

The diverse warriors aboard the Ancient Black Iron Ship squinted, struggling to believe what they saw. The Nirvana Realm, previously within arm's reach, now seemed erased by an unseen force.

The Nirvana Realm had vanished, as if by magic.

"Hidden, hidden star!"

Benin, the Void Spirit Succubus, was overwhelmed as her bloodline power surged. She pointed at Yu Yuan in horror, then at the Dragon Slash Platform. "This, this stone? Could it be, could it be..."

Struggling with the human language of the Boundless Land, Benin's words came out in a stutter.

"What hidden star?" Hart exclaimed in surprise.

"The enigmatic power that conceals a star within a Realm!" Benin clenched her fists, as if to fortify herself with this gesture. "The Heaven Opening Divine Stone, revered in our Void Spirit Succubus legends, possesses the ability to hide stars and skies! That stone, that very stone, is our lost Heaven Opening Divine Stone!"

"The Heaven Opening Divine Stone!" Hart was thunderstruck.

He might not understand 'Hidden Star,' but he was familiar with the Heaven Opening Divine Stone and its many legends.

"The Heaven Opening Divine Stone is also known for its ability to mend a world's shattered barriers!" Benin said with conviction, pointing at the Dragon Slash Platform, her speech growing more fluid. "There's no mistake! This stone rightfully belongs to the Sky Rift Valley; it's the Heaven Opening Divine Stone that brought prosperity to the Nirvana Realm!"

In that moment, her gaze upon Yu Yuan was a mix of excitement and apprehension.

"Hidden Star..."

Yu Yuan squinted, sensing the power of the secret talisman and piecing together Benin's words, he had a good idea of what was happening.

Thankfully, sparing this young woman's life had proven worthwhile.

He mused silently, then checked with Yu Yiyi and the cauldron soul to ensure the approaching Ancient Black Iron Ship posed no significant threat.

With a scoff, he temporarily lifted the 'Hidden Star's' veiling effect, allowing the nebulous glow to vanish from the realm's barrier.

"It's appeared again!"

The warriors aboard the Ancient Black Iron Ship began to clamor once more.

Realizing the Nirvana Realm held secrets, their retreat turned into a surge of intense curiosity, each one eagerly pressing forward.

"Move out!"

With a crescendo of roars, the battered Ancient Black Iron Ship pierced through the Nirvana Realm's void barrier like a ship breaking the water's surface, plunging into the inner world.

At that moment, Yu Yuan let out a sly chuckle and activated the "Star Concealment" secret talisman once more. A fresh, hazy radiance infused the boundary wall of the Nirvana Realm, causing this once-renowned microcosm to vanish temporarily from the icy, desolate expanse of stars. As soon as the Ancient Black Iron Ship materialized, it wobbled and came to rest in a densely vegetated forest in the distance.

"Hart, do you recognize the flag on that warship?" Benin whispered.

Hart shook his head. "I don't recognize it, but I've got a bad feeling. I think... they might not be the hope we're looking for." His gaze shifted to Yu Yuan as he spoke.

Yu Yuan's composure was unshaken, showing no sign of concern over the arrival of the Ancient Black Iron Ship.

Hart couldn't shake the feeling that whoever disembarked from the Ancient Black Iron Ship might not fare any better than they had.

"Come with me to greet our guests."

Yu Yuan, who had been seated for quite some time, slowly rose to his feet and drifted into the shadowy cauldron, looking down imperiously at Benin and Hart.

A shiver ran down their spines, leaving them no choice but to comply with Yu Yuan's command.

"That stone?" Benin inquired tentatively.

"I don't know," Yu Yuan responded with a smile.

"It's the Heaven Opening Divine Stone!" Benin was convinced of her assessment.

"Enough chatter. You two go ahead; I'll follow," Yu Yuan said, growing impatient.

With no illusions about their chances against Yu Yuan, the two disheartened non-humans reluctantly made their way toward the resting place of the Ancient Black Iron Ship.

Ah! The air was soon filled with screams.

Hart wore a peculiar expression as he hastened along, murmuring, "These newcomers have no idea how perilous this realm is. Those mutated plants have already claimed many of their lives."

"It seems they're not part of any formal, multi-racial coalition," Benin surmised with a sense of foreboding.

Moments later, under Yu Yuan's intimidating presence, the two non-humans reached the forest, a battleground of fierce plants. They observed many soldiers clad in vibrant attire struggling to extricate themselves from the plants' grasp.

"These are bandits from the outlying territories," Hart observed with a sigh, realizing that any hope of assistance from these individuals was in vain.

"Eh, there are living beings approaching!"

The sight of Hart and Benin startled the motley crew of warriors from different races. Upon realizing the newcomers weren't human, they visibly relaxed.

"Master, there's someone severely injured inside the Galaxy Ancient Starship."

Yu Yiyi, residing within the cauldron soul, softly alerted Yu Yuan, drawing his attention to the battered warship. "Additionally, five Yang Gods from the Boundless Great World are hovering nearby. The power of the Yin Star conceals the Nirvana Realm from them. Should we allow them entry?"

"No," Yu Yuan replied.

Simultaneously, his soul consciousness unfurled, merging with the magic of the Evil Cauldron. It infiltrated the ancient starship with ease, intent on discovering the identity of the unfortunate wounded individual.
