C1104 The Third Generation Titan!!

Yu Yuan gripped the Demon Blade with both hands and swung at the towering demon that was hurtling its massive arm toward him.

Shriek!

The elongated, dark red blade light, reminiscent of flowing silk, sparked against the demon's arm, as thick as an ancient tree, yet failed to penetrate its skin.

The demon's body, clad in tattered ancient armor, revealed flesh as impenetrable as a fortress, with bulging muscles resembling solid iron lumps.

The Demon Blade, Blood Prison, was not famed for its sharpness. It preyed on beings of flesh and blood, transforming its slashes into rivers of blood that dragged such creatures into a maelstrom of consumption and tearing.

However, when Yu Yuan attacked the demon, his blade light merely grazed the surface, unable to breach the creature's hide.

Sensing a formidable challenge, his mind swiftly adapted to the situation.

With a forceful stomp, Yu Yuan, still wielding the Demon Blade, teleported a hundred yards away, vanishing from the demon's targeted location.

Crash!

The demon's arm, swung with ferocity, crashed down, its elbows gouging two vast craters into the earth.

Undeterred by the failed strike, the demon rose again, its eyes flashing red as it refocused on Yu Yuan.

To Yu Yuan's astonishment, the ten-foot-tall demon began to compress its form, rapidly shrinking in size. It seemed to realize that its towering stature made it too easy for Yu Yuan to evade and escape.

"Is that even possible?"

Yu Yuan was dumbfounded but quickly scrutinized the mutated monster that had set its sights on him.

He observed that as the mutated monster charged at him, the others had already stepped aside, ceasing their own assaults.

This indicated that the other mutated monsters recognized the fearsome power of the Giant Spiritual Demon.

He covertly harnessed his Qi and consciousness to probe further.

Yet, he could not ascertain the bloodline rank of the Giant Spiritual Demon from its life before.

"This one is unlike the other members of the Djinn Clan; it's a Titan!" exclaimed the Nine Stars Sage, Beru, brandishing a colossal star wheel that seemed to rotate a dazzling galaxy as he battled the enigmatic Platinum Asura.

Leo, Becker, and a host of other distinguished members of the Star Race were dispersed behind him.

A squad of the Star Race was valiantly resisting Asura warriors who sporadically penetrated the Dark Moon Frost.

Beru gracefully retreated into the air behind them, as though he were treading upon the stars themselves, resembling a deity who governed the constellations in myth. With his back to Yu Yuan, he elucidated, "The original Titans were spawned from the spinosaurus, hence they were also known as the Titan Giants."

"The Djinn Clan of today has adapted to the currents of time, evolving through the generations, which has significantly reduced their stature."

"Yet, the taller the Titan, the more pristine the ancient bloodline within them. The Titan Giants you're currently up against are likely from the third generation."

"The first-generation Titans stood a colossal ten thousand feet tall, each one akin to a majestic mountain range."

"The second-generation Titans measured a thousand feet in height. The third generation, which includes your present adversary, has dwindled to just a hundred feet."

"The Djinn Clan now traversing the starry skies belongs to the fifth and sixth generations. Their bloodlines have so severely degenerated that the emergence of a Tenth Level Bloodline Keeper has become a rarity."

"This has led to the Djinn Clan's fall from the first echelon of sentient beings."

Beru took a brief pause.

With a gesture of his hands, he summoned a swath of stars that cascaded toward the Platinum Asura lurking in the shadows, compelling it to hesitate before advancing.

"The first and second-generation Titans were endowed with divine strength from birth, capable of reshaping landscapes and traversing the galaxy." He spoke with increasing urgency, perhaps sensing the Platinum Asura's gathering might, "Regrettably, they were slow to move, and their bloodline's explosive power was sluggish, with none reaching the Tenth Level Bloodline."

"The era of the third-generation Titans was the most formidable. Standing at ten feet tall, they possessed a harmonious balance of power, speed, and bloodline potency. The Djinn Clan's most illustrious epoch coincided with the rise of these third-generation Titans, from whom the majority of the Tenth Level Bloodline experts emerged."

"The Titan you now face, as per historical accounts, is one that failed to achieve the ultimate breakthrough."

"He had once ascended to the Tenth Level Bloodline, but the overwhelming power was too much for him, and he perished instantly."

Beru's words had barely faded when the third-generation Titan had already reduced his stature to a mere ten meters.

The mutated monster, seemingly forged from solid steel, materialized before Yu Yuan in an instant, launching a punch toward his crown.

Boom!

The Astral Shield sprang to life, its green-black energy barrier deformed by the Titan's formidable punch.

An earth-shattering force penetrated the shield, detonating wildly within the magnetic vortex created by Yu Yuan's Evil Body Refining Skill.

Yu Yuan's flesh tore apart as if he had been struck head-on by a ten-thousand-ton war chariot.

Realizing the gravity of the situation, he prepared to make his escape using his secret technique.

But the Titan was already delivering another punch, and the Astral Shield, needing time to recharge, failed to mount a second defense.

"Monster!"

Zhongli's growl echoed just in time.

Time itself seemed to crawl, the disorienting sensation of the distorted space nearly causing Yu Yuan to cough up blood.

Yet, this brought him a sense of calm.

Zhongli, not particularly tall, with a gleaming bald head, had his fists explode with power, shattering the space around him!

His fingers, long enough to reach beyond his knees, resembled those of a robust ape as he grinned menacingly at the Titan.

The Titan's punch met his raised arm.

Despite being shrunken, the Titan's fist, several times larger than Zhongli's, struck his half-meter arm like an iron anchor, sending sparks scattering as the punch's force dissipated like a bolt of lightning.

Unmoved, the "Desolate True Spell" coursing through him sent ripples through time and space.

"This one's mine. Go find yourself another opponent."

With his back to Yu Yuan, he looked up at the Titan and with a gentle push, sent the colossal mutated monster flying.

He stamped his foot, fracturing the hard stone floor with innumerable fissures.

In the blink of an eye, he hurtled toward the Titan like a shell fired from a cannon. The two engaged in fierce combat, the clanging of gold metal and the collision of bones resounding like thunderous war drums.

"Are you alright?"

Yu Ying gracefully arrived, taking Zhongli's place. She extended her delicate hand, repeatedly striking the empty air.

Hundreds of large palm imprints forcefully sent the one-armed Dark Domain Asura tumbling back into the icy currents of the Dark Domain, buying Yu Yuan precious time to recuperate.

"Great-aunt, I'm perfectly fine, no need to worry about me."

Yu Yuan forced a smile and activated the regenerative power of the Life Altar, using strands of refined life essence to mend his ruptured wounds.

"I'm relieved you're okay. That Giant Spiritual Demon is extraordinarily powerful; don't act impulsively."

Yu Ying gave him a stern look and added, "I've just learned that President Lyi was the one who breached the golden sea of light. A Titan who had briefly reached the Tenth Level Bloodline. Even reduced to a mindless, rampaging demon, it's not an opponent you can handle at the moment."

"And there's more..."

Speaking of this, fear was evident on Yu Ying's face. "Master Zhong Li mentioned that the Great Demon God Grec is very likely to possess him, marking his arrival in the Plover Realm!"

"Grec!"

At the mention of this name, Yu Yuan's complexion darkened, and he realized his own complacency.

A sudden, inexplicable chill surged through him. He swiftly turned to see a familiar figure making her way unhurriedly through the midst of battling Asuras and various mighty beings, passing by mutated monsters.

"Lim Zhuyun!"

His gaze turned icy as he narrowed his eyes, scrutinizing her more closely and noticing something amiss.

Lim Zhuyun's mystical acupoints were actively drawing in the extreme cold light, seemingly undergoing a miraculous transformation within her life force, refining something profound.

"She's crafting the body of the Yang God."

The voice of the cauldron soul, Yu Yiyi, echoed from the great cauldron within Yu Yuan's purple palace, sending a jolt through him.

Curiously, she went unnoticed by both the Asuras and the mutated monsters.

"Her presence is cloaked in the Frost Energy of the Dark Domain, causing the Asura Clan and mutated monsters to see her as one of their own. Meanwhile, the human and other race's warriors understand she's merely a manipulated puppet, unworthy of their concern," Yu Yiyi explained further.

With a whoosh, the Frost Well emerged from the dark abyss of the Death Nest, its icy brilliance piercing the gloom like a towering column.

At the well's edge, the Ice Concubine, akin to a frost goddess, struggled to break free, but her waist was wedged at the well's opening.

"She has ascended to a Tenth Level Fiend Demon and possesses the cultivation of the Unrestrained Stage, yet..."

Yu Yiyi, sensing the Ice Concubine's presence, let out an excited shriek. She then maneuvered the cauldron out from Yu Yuan's purple palace and materialized at the cauldron's brim, "She's ensnared. The Frost Well's depths in the Dark Domain are dispersing the Frost Energy. But why, at this very moment, has the well surfaced?"

Yu Yuan observed his fiancée's quickened pulse due to the emergence of the Frost Well.

Upon closer inspection, he noticed Lim Zhuyun's gaze had been fixed on the Frost Well and the ensnared Ice Concubine from the moment it appeared.

A sudden flash of insight struck him, sending a jolt through his heart, and he exclaimed, "The key to forging the Yang God lies within that well, or perhaps within the Ice Concubine herself!"

The cauldron soul paused, then cried out in agreement, "It must be so!"

"Lim Zhuyun may no longer be of use to the Asura Clan or the Great Demon God Grec, but to the Chaos Roc, she remains a pivotal piece on the board!" Yu Yuan's face darkened. With little hesitation, he declared sternly, "Get ready to ensnare her spirit; I will annihilate her physical form!"

With those words, he brandished the Demon Blade, Blood Prison, and made a beeline for Lim Zhuyun.

The saber's blood-red glow, like a colossal blood serpent ready to devour, seemed poised to shred Lim Zhuyun to pieces and consume her bones the next instant.

"Such a ruthless man, sparing no mercy even when slaying his own betrothed."

Peach Madam watched the unfolding scene and taunted him with a sardonic tone.

Meanwhile, Lim Zhuyun spoke with a detached calmness, her gaze steady as she faced him, "I always knew."
