C1197 New Method

The Lower Continent was home to Denise's castle.

The Galaxy Ancient Starship, once stationary in the plaza, abruptly ascended into the sky.

Docter, a towering figure, stood behind the ship's massive transparent crystal face, beads of cold sweat forming on his forehead as he watched four dazzling beams of light tear through the world's barrier and materialize before him.

His heart was filled with unease, fearing for Denise's safety and the possibility that the general's wrath might extend to his kin.

"Sir!"

The Star Race warriors behind him, each possessing a Seventh Level bloodline, were visibly tense.

These individuals, tasked with protecting Denise, knew that their own families, residing in the world ruled by her father, could face dire consequences if any harm befell her.

In a corner, Mi Tine of the Dark Elfkind was so overwhelmed that she was rendered speechless.

She, too, understood the gravity of the situation.

"We must inform the general immediately!"

One particularly apprehensive Star Race warrior stepped forward, urgency in his voice.

Docter inhaled deeply, realizing it was already too late to alert the general. Suddenly, a radiant orb within a necklace pendant on his chest emitted a clear telepathic signal, catching him off guard.

This orb was, in fact, the eyeball of a Seventh Level Celestial Star Beast, encased in a specialized device that enabled message transmission among the Star Race across distances.

The Star Race domesticated Celestial Star Beasts for this very purpose, utilizing the unique properties of their eyes.

Only members of the Star Race could use their distinct bloodline talents to infuse their life force into the eyes for communication.

"Your Highness has informed us that the four Yang Gods from the Human Race are her invited guests!"

Docter scratched his head, signaling for silence among his fellow warriors, and then channeled a thread of his blood energy to activate his secret method and reconfirm with Denise.

Upon receiving her confirmation, Docter's tension eased. He chided, "There's no need for panic! Relay the message to the Mondnacht Clan, Dark Elfkind, and Banshee leaders to remain calm. Remember, the Hao Yu of today bears no resemblance to that of the past!"

"Oh," came the half-convinced response from the Star Race warriors.

...

As the four pillars of light gently descended, their immense spiritual energy gradually subsided, extending their soul perceptions outward.

"I detect the presence of other races here. I can see members of the Mondnacht Clan and Dark Elfkind. Hmm, their bloodline levels aren't particularly high, indicating they're likely not from an advanced realm."

Rong Xun's soul power transformed into delicate sparks of electricity that radiated outward in every direction. The electric sparks swiftly covered hundreds of miles, meticulously revealing the hidden villages of the outsiders, their people, and the levels of their bloodlines.

Xie Binn called forth the Ice Thunder Mark. Clutching the magical, icy seal, he gazed down at the forbidden zone, murmuring an incantation under his breath. Strands of his soul's essence intertwined with the lightning patterns etched into the Ice Thunder Mark, creating a secret spell that summoned the heavens' thunder. The dispersed lightning vortices within the forbidden area surged upwards towards the sky. Whoosh! The sound of the electric maelstrom filled the air as the amplified Ice Thunder Mark effortlessly devoured them.

In the high skies above the forbidden land, the Ice Thunder Mark swelled to a hundred times its size, casting out bursts of extraordinary energy.

"There's a barrier of light refined by the Star Race," observed Han Dan, a female Yang God of the Silver Moon Sect, now reduced to a single left arm. With her star-lit hand, she clutched three talismans etched with the secret arts of the stars and cast them down towards the forbidden area. The talismans swelled with the wind, swiftly morphing into three nebulous star clouds that plummeted downwards.

The barrier, a collaborative creation of Denise's father and the Star Race experts, was abruptly breached by three vast openings.

"Han Dan, this isn't right," Rong Xun admonished with a frown. "I told you before we descended that we can't continue to act in the small worlds of other races as we did in the past!"

"I haven't slaughtered any of the outsiders," Han Dan protested, feeling wronged.

"Destroying their barrier is also unacceptable!" Rong Xun rebuked her, then turned to Xie Binn with a stern expression. "You should exercise restraint as well. If those lightning vortices are the property of the Star Race, it's impolite to harvest them without prior notice."

Xie Binn and Han Dan had often been harsh in their dealings with other worlds, and their old habits were hard to break.

"Sect Master, I acted too hastily," Xie Binn acknowledged, quickly coming to his senses. "But I believe those lightning vortices aren't a natural occurrence of this realm."

As he spoke, the Ice Thunder Mark he controlled shimmered with a layer of frosty luminescence.

In the forbidden zone, neither alien beasts nor Demonic Beasts dared to stay. The earth, stirred by a crystalline spiritual force, revealed a gleaming, polished slab of iron.

Etched upon the iron were images of lightning, clusters of thunder, and many peculiar runes.

"This..."

Rong Xun peered intently and was momentarily speechless.

"It's the work of the Great Clouds Sect, no doubt about it. Just by looking, I can tell that practitioners from the sect have been here before, leaving behind a lightning formation. These formations have nurtured the lightning vortexes, drawing in the bolts." Xie Binn began to chuckle, but his laughter ceased when he spotted the Lightning Ferrets and some Moon Swallowing Apes.

The rest of the group, recognizing the familiar Demonic Beasts startled by the lightning, came to an abrupt halt.

The four Yang Gods remained suspended in the void, motionless.

Like Yu Yuan before them, they too were lost in thought, ensnared by confusion.

"There are two from the Star Race and Dark Elfkind below. Let's ask them."

With that, Rong Xun darted down through the large opening Han Dan had created, landing accurately beside the shadowy cavern.

Then, his gaze fell upon a human skeleton nearby.

Rong Xun's expression darkened instantly. Only when Xie Binn and the two from the Silver Moon Sect descended did he exclaim, "There's a human skeleton here, and it's from an ordinary person of the vast seas!"

Yu Yuan had faced similar bewilderment, and now these four practitioners of the Yang God Stage were experiencing it too.

"Where do you hail from?"

At that moment, Denise approached Yu Yuan and Chen Qinghuang and addressed Rong Xun in an awkward human tongue, "This is the Epitaxial Realm, under the Star Race's domain. We follow General Beru, the Nine Stars Sage!"

She chose not to mention Leo but instead spoke of Beru, having learned of his recent visit to the vast ocean.

She was also aware that Beru, due to his age and extensive knowledge, maintained closer ties with the Divine Soul Sect and the Babel Chamber of Commerce.

The demeanor of these four human experts at the Yang God Stage, as they descended into the Epitaxial Realm, differed from the factions she was accustomed to, leading her to believe they were not aligned with the five greatest powers.

"Beru..."

Xie Binn and Rong Xun exchanged a glance.

They had been fortunate enough to attend the Evil Sect's grand event and had indeed met the renowned Nine Stars Sage. They were also aware of the deep connections between Beru, the Divine Soul Sect, and the Babel Chamber of Commerce.

"Please exercise caution and avoid any reckless actions."

Rong Xun shot a stern look at Xie Bin and Han Dan, managing to squeeze out a smile. "Apologies for the interruption. We are practitioners from the Silver Moon Sect and the Clouds Sect of the Boundless Human Race. We were passing by and detected a concentration of lightning, prompting us to gather some of its energy."

"As for the breach in the barrier, I can repair it," Han Dan offered, somewhat sheepishly.

Denise, however, was taken aback.

She had not anticipated that the formidable members of the Boundless Human Race, notorious in legend for their brutality and hunting of other beings, would be so approachable.

The arguments she had prepared suddenly seemed unnecessary. Furthermore, having only recently learned the language of the Boundless Human Race, she struggled to convey her thoughts precisely.

Meanwhile, Yu Yuan was silently amused.

Chen Qinghuang, in every respect, appeared to be from the Dark Elfkind. Her enigmatic lineage, expertly concealed, would remain undetected by anyone less than a Tenth Level expert from the various races.

As for himself...

Yu Yuan was acutely aware that his transformation via the Life Altar was incomplete, leaving his impersonation of a Dark Elfkind member imperfect.

Yet, Rong Xun and Xie Bin didn't scrutinize him closely, neglecting to probe his soul for authenticity.
