C1590 Peaceful Interaction

Munch gazed at the spot where Yu Yuan had vanished.

A vast golden wave unfurled, effortlessly eradicating the blood-red laws that bled from the crimson moon.

Despite the spread of blood energy from their Founder nearby, it failed to achieve its intended impact.

Previously, enemies targeted by their Founder found it nearly impossible to withdraw in one piece.

The Demon God Qilin, who had previously stirred trouble, also suffered a setback before departing the Dim Starfield.

Any being from the outside world, no matter who, would find it impossible to leave the Dim Starfield unharmed after a prolonged stay.

Yu Yuan not only managed to escape but also remained unaffected by the blood laws, free from any bloodline constraints.

The laws mastered by their Founder, and the blood net woven across the Starfield, were utterly ineffective against Yu Yuan.

All they could do was watch helplessly as the golden bridge that reached out from the external realm slowly retracted, unable to intervene.

Whoosh!

A massive blood-colored shadow shot from the dark red moon, attempting to pursue the increasingly elusive Yu Yuan.

The moon flared brightly.

The pursuing shadow, sensing the will of the Yang meridian's source, halted abruptly.

Gradually, the shadow took on the form of Ann Ziqing.

She stood in solitude, bathed in the deep red void's moonlight, her demonic blood-red eyes betraying her bewilderment.

Simultaneously, Ninth Level Demon Gods like Munch received their Founder's message.

The Yang Meridian's source instructed them that in the absence of the Great Demon God Grec, they were to obey Ann Ziqing, showing her the same unwavering loyalty they had for Grec.

"She's earned favor so effortlessly?"

A young Blood Devil Clan warrior, on the cusp of proving himself, gazed at Ann Ziqing from a distance, grumbling with dissatisfaction, "She's barely transitioned from being human to one of us. I can't just pledge my allegiance to her immediately. She needs to prove herself first!"

"I share that sentiment!"

"Absolutely!"

Two other Blood Devil Clan experts echoed his sentiment.

Munch, with a look of pity in his eyes, regarded the three clueless individuals, feeling a sense of regret for them.

Puff! Puff! Puff!

The three Blood Devil Clan warriors, brimming with untapped potential, were instantaneously reduced to three clouds of blood mist, dissipating swiftly before Munch's watchful gaze.

Others, who also harbored dissenting views, began to shudder midair.

They were acutely aware that the Founder of their entire clan would not tolerate any opposition to their will.

Their fates were not their own to decide; they lived or died at the Founder's command.

In the Dim Starfield, beneath the glow of the deep red moon, they had no leverage to negotiate their existence.

"Ah," Munch sighed deeply, seeking out Ann Ziqing to be the first to declare his position.

"I..."

Ann Ziqing, still visibly confused, hovered in the cosmos, her blood-stained lips quivering slightly.

She gazed toward the vanishing point of Yu Yuan, faintly sensing the departure of the Dragon Slash Platform. She longed to pursue, but the will of the Yang Meridian beckoned her.

She had received a command...

She was to first solidify her current state within the Dim Starfield, to delve into the mysteries of the Bloodline Great Dao inscribed within the Yang God, and to further temper her physique.

Only then would she be permitted to depart from the Dim Starfield to hunt the formidable demons scattered across the Starfield.

Several names had surfaced in her mind, among them Lvliu, a figure she knew well.

Unbeknownst to her and the Yang Meridian, Lvliu had already embarked on the divine path within the vast expanse.

The Yang Meridian had informed her that once she emerged from the Dim Starfield, the Demon Phoenix would be unable to track her presence.

Furthermore, she was presented with two imperative choices.

She could either unite with the Great Demon God Grec to conceive a child, heralding a new era for the Blood Devil Clan.

Or she could seek out Yu Yuan to become pregnant by him.

Between Yu Yuan and Great Demon God Grec, a decision was necessary, one that would swiftly bring forth a child for the Yang Meridian.

Yu Yuan was more than willing to let her choose him.

It seemed to be her destiny, as well as the greatest expectation of the Yang Yuan source for her.

...

Yu Yuan returned to the Dragon Slash Platform.

At that moment, he sensed something odd because Ann Ziqing appeared to have suddenly chased after him from the dark red full moon.

Her expression was excited, as if she had something to say.

But halfway through her pursuit, Ann Ziqing abruptly stopped, as if the source of Yang Yuan had forcibly halted her, preventing her from leaving the Dim Starfield and getting too close to him too quickly.

Then, his gaze shifted to the human-form Chaos Roc and the visibly uncomfortable Zhou Cangmin.

Zhou Cangmin was ill at ease, maintaining a considerable distance from the Chaos Roc and appearing as if he were on high alert.

Yu Yuan felt moved.

Despite knowing that the presence of the Chaos Roc meant facing a Starry Behemoth, Zhou Cangmin had still made the journey from the Fallen Realm.

Zhou Cangmin had taken a significant risk, and he had come in person, not merely as a Yang God.

If Zhou Cangmin were to be killed by the Chaos Roc, it would be nearly impossible for him to come back to life.

Luckily, the Chaos Roc, frightened and vigilant of the activity in the Dim Starfield, couldn't be bothered to contend with Zhou Cangmin.

Yu Yuan, looking at the Chaos Roc, asked in astonishment, "Why didn't you run?"

"Why should I run?" retorted the Chaos Roc, its face dark and eyes flashing with menace. "You can't kill me! The person I fear does not include you at this moment! Kid, do you think you're the Demon Phoenix?"

"Both of you..." Zhou Cangmin interjected with a pained look, clearing his throat, "Shall we find a different location?"

"Grec isn't here, and that thing... usually doesn't leave the Dim Starfield. What's there to fear?" the Chaos Roc suddenly asserted with newfound bravado.

Yu Yuan was taken aback. "How do you know Grec isn't here?"

"The moon itself has shifted, and Grec hasn't made an appearance. He's definitely not in the Dim Starfield at the moment," the Chaos Roc said with a roll of its eyes, clearly well-acquainted with the Dim Starfield. "A bunch of fools. By invading the Dim Starfield, they've only made it stronger, and Grec has grown more powerful as well."

The unfortunate Starry Behemoth appeared to harbor some trepidation towards the current chief of the Blood Devil Clan.

"I never imagined he'd become even more formidable after his death in the Plover Realm," mused the Chaos Roc, its demeanor cooling. With one eye crimson and the other pearlescent, it glanced sideways at Yu Yuan. "It seems I'm at a loss on how to deal with you now. Yet, whether you possess the capability to affect me is another matter entirely."

"We're off to the Fallen Realm."

Yu Yuan offered Zhou Cangmin a bright smile, choosing to disregard the Chaos Roc as he set off directly towards their new destination.

Having learned of the Chaos Roc's dire straits, Yu Yuan harbored new considerations for the Starry Behemoth.

Within his Yang God, the complete essence of life was etched, demanding his time to decipher. His mind was also brimming with perplexities.

He was convinced that the Chaos Roc harbored its own set of doubts about him.

As expected...

As he and Zhou Cangmin made their way to the Fallen Realm, the Chaos Roc lingered only briefly in hesitation before trailing behind at a leisurely pace.

"What's the deal with the Chaos Roc?" Zhou Cangmin murmured under his breath.

The journey had kept him on edge.

During his time in the Vast Ocean, he'd witnessed the Chaos Roc's ferocity and brutality, its merciless rampage through the ranks of the Fallen Realm.

Having burst forth from the Vast Ocean, the Chaos Roc had regained a measure of its power, and rumors abounded of its bloody conquest over various racial elites beyond the Plover Realm.

Despite not having reached its zenith, the Chaos Roc was a force mightier than Ji Tianyu, the Supreme of the Vast Ocean. For Zhou Cangmin, newly ascended to the Unrestrained Stage, the Chaos Roc warranted a cautious approach.

Then, Zhou Cangmin's expression took on an odd cast.

He abruptly came to the realization that Yu Yuan had recently engaged the Chaos Roc in an evenly matched battle.

The Chaos Roc, which had seemed intent on rending Yu Yuan asunder, was now coexisting peacefully with him...

The White-robed Imperial Advisor instantly recognized that Yu Yuan's combat prowess had, unbeknownst to all, risen to par with that of the Chaos Roc.

Without claiming the divine seat of the Vast Ocean, he had already attained supreme combat strength.

A tinge of bitterness welled up in Zhou Cangmin's heart...

His mind drifted back to their first meeting, when Yu Yuan's cultivation level was barely noteworthy, and he reflected on the events that had unfolded since then.

Reflecting on Yu Yuan's miraculous ascent and the rapid succession of breakthroughs in his realm, it seemed as if the Artifacts were magnetically drawn to him, eagerly falling into his hands one after another.

The act of comparing oneself to others can be truly maddening.

Zhou Cangmin was filled with a sense of profound reflection.

"He came here intent on killing me, but after traveling such a great distance, he found he couldn't, which left him fuming with rage," Yu Yuan said with a smile, choosing not to divulge the other secrets hidden beneath the Dim Starfield, beyond the source of the Yang Meridian. "Everything's been quiet in our Vast Expanse, hasn't it?"

It was then that he recalled his promise to Reid of the Devaputra Race to visit the Delude Devil Abyss after the council's conclusion and then meet with the Great Demon God Beilstein. When he felt the entity beneath the Origin Blood Continent making its choice, he dropped everything to heed the call, effectively tearing up his agreement with Beilstein.

"The Galaxy Crossing is closed for now, and without it reopening, I can't return. So even if there's a major event back home, I'm out of the loop," Zhou Cangmin explained.

"Hold on!"

The Chaos Roc, standing behind them, cried out in astonishment.

Yu Yuan turned to face the Chaos Roc, his curiosity piqued. "What's got you so worked up?"

"Loong Jie from the Vast Expanse, and this Zhong Chichen, who seems to be a Space-time Dragon, are being besieged by the Asura King Sabonis and the Void Spirit Succubus. Then, out of nowhere, Lin Daoke shows up, Diggs is killed, and the Void Spirit Succubus flees with severe injuries."

The Chaos Roc had somehow received this news, "Loong Jie and the Asura King are still locked in combat. It looks like Asura King Sabonis is in a dire predicament and is likely to fall to Loong Jie."

"The longer the battle between him and Loong Jie drags on, the slimmer his chances of victory become," the Chaos Roc exclaimed.
