C1804 Phoenix Shrine

The purple palace ascended gracefully into the sky, its walls, bricks, and eaves—resembling refined iron—radiated a resplendent divine glow. The boundless Demonic Power emanated from the grand structure, compelling every Demon King and Beast King to feel an innate urge to bow in reverence.

Ancient demonic patterns, along with the ancestral totems of the beast clans and arrays of bloodline-related lines, emerged sequentially on the palace walls. Even Demon Gods like Lvliu and the White Divine Tiger, upon gazing at the palace, experienced a strange sense of encountering their forebears.

Lvliu, pressing a finger to the corner of his eye for a closer look, imagined seeing a massive green serpent akin to himself, refining celestial rivers in the renowned waterways of the starry heavens. It dawned on him that the Supreme Demon Phoenix had long deciphered the mysteries of his ancestors' bloodlines and had them etched into the legendary Phoenix Shrine.

"She, she's been taken to the Phoenix Shrine?" Lvliu's green vertical eye widened in astonishment as he instinctively sought out Old Ape.

"Yu Zhu, that girl..." Old Ape, who had stepped back next to the White Divine Tiger, exclaimed in alarm. While shouting, he shook his furry arms and asked, "Bai, you've been with her for so many years. Have you ever seen her admit anyone into the Phoenix Shrine?"

The Sky Tiger shook its head.

Unlike the Demon Palace, the purple edifice known as the Phoenix Shrine was eternally linked to the Supreme Demon Phoenix. The shrine's appearance was a telltale sign of the Demon Phoenix's true presence; it mostly drifted through the Outland Star River, seldom remaining in one place.

Yet, when the alien beast champions of the Eon Realm, the concealed Starry Behemoths, and the Ninth Level Peak Alien Beasts caught sight of the Phoenix Shrine, they knew the Demon Phoenix had arrived—in her true form. To behold the Phoenix Shrine was, in essence, to witness the Supreme Demon Phoenix herself.

The Demon Palace, nestled within the Boundless Great World, served as a place of worship for all Demon Gods. It was also the venue for significant demon clan assemblies. Moreover, special ceremonies concerning the transmission of bloodlines were conducted within the hallowed halls of the Demon Palace.

Many esteemed Demon Kings have had the privilege of entering the immutable Demon Palace. Yet, not even the White Divine Tiger has set foot in the Phoenix Shrine, the very embodiment of the Supreme Demon Phoenix itself.

For tens of thousands of years, the Desolate God knew of only one being who had ever entered the shrine: the now-deceased Old Qilin. It was only because the Old Qilin had sustained grave injuries in a battle beyond the heavens, injuries so severe that death seemed imminent, that the Demon Phoenix took him into the Phoenix Shrine. Miraculously, the Qilin, who was on the brink of death, survived within the shrine and emerged with his life force reinvigorated.

Old Ape was well aware of this extraordinary event, yet even the newly ascended Sky Tiger, now a Demon God, had not caught wind of it. Yu Zhu, standing before us, is the second individual to be taken into the Phoenix Shrine by the Supreme Demon Phoenix since the Old Qilin.

"I just can't make sense of it, I really can't!" Old Ape exclaimed, scratching his head in bewilderment. The Demon Phoenix's profound affection for Yu Zhu was unlike anything he had ever witnessed in his lifetime.

In that very moment, the majestic phoenix shadow, revered by all, descended upon the towering Totem Pillars, as if dispersing itself into them. Suddenly, the Totem Pillars, which had previously been unable to penetrate the realm wall, began to thrust into the Origin Blood Continent through the gaping wounds in the wall.

Boom! The sanguine world within the realm wall shattered into fragments. Countless blood-red clouds, as if cleaved by the Totem Pillars, turned into disorganized tufts of chaos.

Yu Yuan, who had been steadfastly defending atop the Dragon Slash Platform, realized in an instant that the situation had spiraled out of control. It all began when the purple-golden long spear, forged from the essence of a spinosaurus, pierced the realm wall. This spear, harboring the bloodline secrets and combined with the enigmatic dragon form, had transformed into a unique divine weapon, a blade perfectly suited for the Supreme Demon Phoenix's use.

With this weapon in hand, the Golden Sharpness within, elevated by the Demon Phoenix's power and Demon Energy, became so keen that the painstakingly constructed blood-colored realm wall could no longer hold back the onslaught.

In the ethereal space within the Origin Blood Continent, the Totem Pillars, refined by the Demon Phoenix's potent blood energy, manifested as thick strands of purple lightning.

Immediately, the form condensed into a slightly smaller figure with a human shape and a pair of broad purple wings—a mysterious demon shadow.

It was Yu Yuan, whom he had encountered and battled in a secluded corner of the galaxy. His features were exquisitely crafted, yet when combined, they seemed oddly mismatched.

She grasped a purple-golden spear, transformed from the spinosaurus.

The dragon sinews of the spinosaurus became the blood vessels within the spear. Once she infused her demon energy, the spear manifested the bloodline laws she had mastered.

Her demon shadow, significantly smaller than the one outside the realm barrier, still dominated half of the Origin Blood Continent's skies.

Her expansive wings pressed tightly against the icy, blood-colored canopy, managing to unravel the secret arts within the blood mist and siphon the concealed blood energy.

Within the blood-colored realm, Yu Yuan witnessed the disintegration of the colossal three-dimensional blood-patterned array.

The secret arts, etched into the Yang Meridian over endless years, appeared to have been utterly breached by her spear as she entered the Origin Blood Continent.

Yu Yuan sighed deeply, realizing that further resistance was futile. He immediately utilized the Dragon Slash Platform to instantaneously escape the blood-colored realm barrier.

"It requires a tremendous amount of power to seal the Yang Meridian's spirit. Hence, it cannot continuously channel Frost Energy into this barrier," explained Ji Ningshuang, as she watched the Supreme Demon Phoenix move from the exterior to the interior, offering insight into the subterranean chill.

Yu Yuan, fully aware, nodded in agreement and said, "Let's head back."

With those words, he reappeared among Reid, Grec, and the central gathering of Outland Devaputra elites.

Like the Great Demon Gods, he looked up at the Demon Phoenix's silhouette that claimed half of the Origin Blood Continent's sky, observing the blood cavities that had been breached and swiftly restored to their original state.

Reid's expression was tinged with bitterness. "We still can't escape."

Flake of the Night Demon Clan glanced at Yu Yuan and then back at the breathtaking demon shadow under the blood-colored firmament, exclaiming in astonishment, "Could it be she who sealed the holes she discovered?"

"It seems so," Grec said despondently.

"Why?" Flake exclaimed, "Is it just to prevent us from leaving? What about the Desolate God, the Sky Tiger, and the White Divine Tiger outside? Why didn't she let them in too?"

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

The barrier of the Origin Blood Continent grew increasingly transparent. The bloody mist that obscured the outside view and perception quickly vanished, revealing the interior to the Desolate God, the White Divine Tiger, Lvliu, and the other Beast Kings, who could now clearly see inside.

"What does this mean?"

Demon God Lvliu was baffled. The power that writhed and sealed the bloody holes was unmistakably that of the Demon Phoenix herself.

After breaching the barrier of the Origin Blood Continent and creating those bloody holes, why was she sealing the realm again?

Shouldn't she be calling everyone inside?

Hundreds of thousands of demons and a vast horde of beasts could surge into this world through those bloody holes. Wouldn't Reid, Flake, Grec, and all the branches of the Blood Devil Clan be overwhelmed and scattered?

She had amassed such a formidable army of demons and beasts for this very moment, hadn't she?

Victory seemed assured. She could have dealt with all the Devaputras of the Origin Blood Continent in one fell swoop, yet she inexplicably halted.

Lvliu was at a loss.

"She..."

The Desolate God pursed his lips. As he was about to transform into his demonic form and descend, he abruptly ceased the violent changes in his bloodline when the holes began to heal. "As I've said, nothing she does is ever logical or rational! The reason we've been at odds for so many years is precisely because she always follows her own whims!"

The formidable tiger remained silent, equally perplexed and internally critical.

But he wouldn't dare voice his thoughts.

"Hmph."

Inside the Origin Blood Continent, she who seemed to overhear the mutterings of the Demon Gods, stood with her massive wings backlit by the starry sky, not even bothering to turn around as she coldly retorted, "I summoned you here to have the alien beasts from the Eon Realm converge. It was merely to drive them into the Origin Blood Continent."

"Such menial tasks are naturally yours to undertake. I certainly wouldn't bother doing them myself."

"Moreover, I want you to witness something! To see who truly reigns as the king of all beasts within the Eon Realm!"

"Just watch. I have no need for your assistance. Your role is merely to handle the menial tasks."

"…"

The Demon Phoenix's words stung sharply, humiliating Old Ape and causing Lvliu, now a Demon God, to flush with embarrassment.

She summoned us here just to do her bidding, to herd these creatures into the Origin Blood Continent?

If not to fight or to engage in bloody combat, then why call upon us?

The Desolate God and Lvliu seethed with silent curses.

Yet, the Beast Kings from distant realms were utterly captivated by her commanding presence, convinced that one who could lead the beasts and defy the world's laws must be someone of her caliber.

Why must the rulers of the cosmos always be the Devaputra, Star Race, Dark Elfkind, Asura, and Banshee Clan?

Why not the alien beasts?

Why should it be the Great Demon God Beilstein who manipulates the fate of this world and makes decisions at his whim, and not the Supreme Demon Phoenix they revered?

Suddenly!

At the Phoenix Shrine, a tapestry of divine light wove through the heavens, unleashing the low growls of myriad beasts and unveiling a novel realm where the Boundless Human Race, Asura, Devaputra, and Banshee Clan bowed to the Beast Kings and the Great Demon God.

In this realm, the Demon Clan and the beasts were the sovereigns, with the beautiful women of the Star Race grooming them, the Banshee singing their praises, and the Asura serving as their attendants.

It was a world beyond the wildest dreams of the Demon Phoenix and the Beast Kings, now vividly unfolding before their very eyes!

This was the vision of the Supreme Demon Phoenix, the grand ambition etched within the Phoenix Shrine, her deepest desire and pursuit, and the ultimate expression of her bloodline's celestial path!

She intended to forge a world dominated by her, her Demon Clan, and the Beast Kings, a world that would upend the existing order!

Roar! Howl! Bellow!

Hundreds of thousands of great demons and Beast Kings from the heavens and beyond were set ablaze by this vision. Their thunderous roars echoed as if to proclaim to all beings that their revered King of the Ten Thousand Beasts would soon transform the world and ascend to replace Beilstein as the supreme force!

Flake, a warrior of the Blood Devil Clan, stood at the edge of the Domain Boundary, his eyes scanning the horizon of the Realm. He was a formidable opponent, one who had faced Asuras, Dark Elfkind, and the Star Race in combat.
