C1819 Reversal

The Chaos Roc, having assumed the guise of a gaunt old human, burst from the Dead Silence Stars into the shadowy expanse of space.

From a distance, he gazed upon the Plover Realm.

Within the Plover Realm, Yu Yuan stood out like a blazing torch.

Though it was only his true form, Yu Yuan's body could draw the purest essence of flesh and blood from the Yang God, regardless of the distance.

The aura of flesh and blood naturally emanating from him was clearly visible to the Chaos Roc, appearing as a tangible manifestation of enigmatic bloodline laws.

Having harvested a fragment of the life's mysteries from the Origin Blood Continent, the Chaos Roc was particularly attuned to such sensations.

Across the dazzling starry sea, the image of Yu Yuan in the depths of his eyes seemed to glow resplendently.

"He... he's undergone a complete transformation."

The Chaos Roc was dumbfounded. Despite Yu Yuan being in his true form, without the Yang God's full life sequence, the transformation in his life form was palpable.

If the true form had evolved to this extent, what magnitude of change had the Yang God undergone?

"This scent, it's reminiscent of the ancient Titan spinosaurus when they first received the secrets of life upon departing the Origin Blood Continent."

The Abyss Goanna also arrived beside the Chaos Roc. As a being of ancient stature, he too could detect the energy emanating from Yu Yuan in the Plover Realm.

"We've missed so much."

The old lizard felt a twinge of regret. He shouldn't have fixated on the clash between Lin Daoke and Shehun. He should have remained in the Gray Domain, accompanying Yu Yuan like Jee Ningshuang, venturing into the Dim Starfield.

Perhaps, he too could have gained something akin to Yu Yuan's findings in the Dim Starfield.

"Is it really worth such astonishment when it's not even the Yang God who has arrived?"

Zhong Chichen, having previously witnessed Yu Yuan's Yang God in fierce combat with the Demon Phoenix on the Origin Blood Continent, was less impressed by Yu Yuan's true form, which lacked the same magical bloodline potency.

"The Yang God, the Yang God... he must have made a breakthrough, right?" exclaimed the Chaos Roc.

"His Yang God form has engulfed the crimson river on the Origin Blood Continent. Moreover, it seems he's nearly done assimilating it," Zhong Chichen responded.

The Chaos Roc and the old lizard fell into a sudden silence.

"After his Yang God clashed with the Demon Phoenix in the Dim Starfield, it was gravely wounded and plummeted to the Origin Blood Continent. He's likely in a state of recovery now."

"Yet, the Demon Phoenix too was injured, shedding its blood across the cosmos."

"The injury, compounded by the bitter cold of the Dim Starfield, prompted the Demon Phoenix to seek a new battleground."

Zhong Chichen disclosed further details.

The old lizard and the Chaos Roc grew even more reticent.

After a considerable pause, the Abyss Goanna spoke with a hint of bitterness, "The vast starry river of the future may well belong to Yu Yuan. Once his true form ascends to its zenith, who else could possibly stand against him?"

"We, it seems, have chosen wisely," the Chaos Roc reflected with a sigh.

Both then turned their gaze to Zhong Chichen.

Zhong Chichen paused, a flicker of uncertainty crossing his face. "Is there still hope for our Little Ancestor?"

The Little Ancestor he mentioned was none other than the young Spinosaurus. With Yang God Yu Yuan's complete metamorphosis, Yu Yuan now stood shoulder to shoulder with the old Spinosaurus who had first grasped the essence of life.

He was aware that Yu Yuan was the embodiment of the Great Yin, his original form not yet ascended to its ultimate state.

The potential within Yu Yuan seemed boundless.

In such a scenario, could the Spinosaurus, whom he and Loong Jie regarded as the beacon of hope for the Naga's resurgence, truly surpass Yu Yuan and reclaim the glory of the Titan Spinosaurus in its prime?

Doubt crept into Zhong Chichen's thoughts.

...

Within the Plover Realm's Galaxy Crossing.

Yu Yuan, having traversed the vast expanse and passed through the Delude Devil Abyss's Galaxy Crossing, was greeted by the exuberant Tai Xu, Jun Chen, Feng Zhong, and others upon his arrival.

"Yu Yuan!"

"What brings you here?"

"Primordial Divine King!"

The welcomes rang out.

Senior members of the Chamber of Commerce and Ninth Level Elders from various races also gathered around, though their salutations were directed at the Primordial Divine King.

The Primordial Divine King gestured for everyone to ease their formality, then looked up at the Great Sword Immortals stationed beyond the realm's barrier, reminiscent of Yue Mu.

"My friends, are you still safeguarding the Plover Realm for Lin Daoke?"

The Primordial Divine King chuckled softly and with a gentle stomp, a network of yellowish-grey lines instantly spread across the earth in all directions.

Swoosh! Swoosh!

Strands of sword intent and flashes of sword light were forcibly drawn out from the mountains, palaces, and structures erected by other races.

The sword light swiftly returned to the bodies of the Great Sword Immortals.

"From this moment on, all practitioners of the Sword Sect, with the exception of Goddess Ji, are forbidden from entering the Plover Realm."

As he spoke, Taishi had already reached beyond the boundary of the realm.

His gaze methodically swept over the faces of the Great Sword Immortals, including Van Heqing, Su Qingmo, and Yue Mu.

Swoosh!

The Optimus Sword suddenly appeared in his grasp.

Clutching the Divine Sword, Taishi spoke with a hint of reminiscence, "Old Nie contributed the most to the Sword Sect. How many of you still remember the sacrifices he made for Hao Yu? You ought to know something about his death. It was Han Miaoyuan who wanted him dead, and so he died."

"When I was confined in the Fallen Moon Forbidden Area, he was the one who stood guard."

"He was the one who kept me company the longest and engaged with me the most. Thanks to him, my solitude was bearable, and it was through him that I stayed informed about the changes in Hao Yu over the years."

"But our philosophies differed from Han Miaoyuan's. Because Nie interacted with me more and had differing views on matters... "

"Heh, Han Miaoyuan thought he was unruly, hard to control, and suspected he might side with us."

"And so, he was killed."

Taishi addressed the present-day Great Sword Immortals of the Sword Sect, "Who decided that Han Miaoyuan is always right?"

The Great Sword Immortals remained silent.

Buzz! Buzz!

The sword soul of the Optimus Sword emitted an indignant hum, as if protesting on behalf of its former master.

Buzz! Buzz! Buzz!

The sword souls of Van Heqing, Yue Mu, Su Qingmo, Xue Jiu, and the others seemed to resonate, joining in with their own hums.

"Do you see? Sometimes your sword souls possess more sense than you do," Taishi said with a sneer in his eyes. "You're all aware that when Yu Yuan was on the verge of shattering the Empyrean Array, numerous swords resonated in response. Why? They too were voicing their grievances over the death of Nie Qingtian."

Many of these swords were brought back by Old Nie, who also buried the bones of their masters. It's possible that Old Nie avenged their masters' grudges as well. Lin Daoke remains indifferent to worldly affairs, dedicating his life solely to perfecting his swordsmanship, unable to discern right from wrong. Are you all no different?"

Taishi rebuked the Great Sword Immortals just outside the Plover Realm, causing their faces to flush with embarrassment.

Yet, no one dared to contradict him.

...

"He sure has a way with words."

Fong Zhong, seated beside Yu Yuan, quirked a corner of his mouth and commented, "Sadly, most folks in the Sword Sect are quite rigid in their thinking. Taishi could talk till he's blue in the face, but it wouldn't hold a candle to a single word from Lin Daoke. Lin Daoke is their rock, their unwavering support. As long as he stands undefeated, all of Taishi's words fall on deaf ears."

Jun Chen nodded in wholehearted agreement.

"Yu Yuan!"

Brie of the Dark Elfkind, arriving from the adjacent Epitaxial Realm, hesitated briefly before plummeting down.

In that moment, Lin Daoke's prohibitions were the least of his concerns.

"The Space-time Dragon has relayed a message to the Winged Race of the Dark Wing Starfield, warning that your Demon Phoenix seems poised to strike! I've attempted to reach out to our progenitors and the empress using my Bloodline Secret Technique, but I've received no response. I'm deeply concerned for their safety," Brie expressed, fraught with worry.

Yu Yuan's brow furrowed.

Whoosh!

He descended into the Galaxy Crossing within the Plover Realm. Focusing his mind, he sought the coordinates that would link to the Green Fluorescent Realm, hoping to make a quick round trip.

"Hmm?"

The Crossing, once guarded by Lin Daoke and the Great Sword Immortals, now seemed incapable of connecting to the Green Fluorescent Realm.

Yu Yuan retrieved the Dragon Slash Platform he had brought from the Dim Starfield. As soon as the transcendent Artifact was in his grasp, the mysteries of space came alive.

Streams of iridescent light cascaded onto the Crossing, as he sought to determine whether there truly was an issue.

He suspected that Lin Daoke's sword force had sealed it, rendering the Crossing impassable.

Upon closer inspection, however, he found the Galaxy Crossing to be fully operational, maintaining its connection with the Delude Devil Abyss.

Should he wish to visit the Delude Devil Abyss, he could do so instantly, just as he had upon his arrival.

The ferry in the Serene Starfield allows for travel to and from this place, as well as to other spatial coordinates.

Yet, there's an issue with the Green Fluorescent Realm.

"Is passage not possible?"

Brie grew anxious. He rushed into the Plover Realm, intent on using its ferry to swiftly reach the Green Fluorescent Realm and meet with the progenitor of the Dark Elfkind—the newly emerged Hannya Divine Tree—to see if he could assist the Secular Bird Queen. If that failed, he planned to evacuate the Winged Race's elites.

This was to prevent the madness of the Demon Phoenix from spreading and leading to the total annihilation of the Dark Wing Starfield.

"The spatial laws in the Dark Wing Starfield have subtly shifted. But I chose not to delve deeper, so I didn't inspect them thoroughly. Ha, I'm not eager to confront the Demon Phoenix again so soon."

Zhong Chichen arrived, accompanied by the Chaos Roc and the Abyss Goanna.

Upon encountering Yu Yuan once more, both the Chaos Roc and the Abyss Goanna exhibited a newfound restraint.

The Abyss Goanna, in particular, who was less acquainted with Yu Yuan, had once harbored great expectations for the Muddy Divine Soil. However, upon Yu Yuan's recent arrival in the Plover Realm, he realized that Yu Yuan's enigmatic Yang God was beyond his ability to contend with, even outside the Gray Domain.

Moreover, if he dared to show himself in the Gray Domain or the Dim Starfield and provoked a conflict with Yu Yuan, escape would be impossible.

Thus, his desire for the Muddy Divine Soil gradually waned.

"Based on your assessment, how long will it take the Phoenix Shrine to reach the Dark Wing Starfield at its current velocity?" Yu Yuan inquired solemnly.

Zhong Chichen thought for a moment before answering with caution, "It will require several days."

"The Secular Bird Queen is formidable in her own right; she won't be easily defeated," the old lizard reflected, then added, "You needn't worry too much. I have a sense that the Dark Wing Starfield is shrouded with the power of the abyss."
