C1862 They Were Defeated in One Strike

In the Ashlands, amidst the splendor of Eiwrone, Ann Ziqing served as the vessel for Yu Yuan's creation. He infused a clone with his life force and will, directing Duan Yisheng and Jun Chen to seek out Liu Ying.

Liu Ying, alongside the Starpierced, was not only the jewel of Duan Yisheng's heart but also the beacon of hope for the Star Sect.

The presence of Liu Ying was a significant draw for Duan Yisheng, Jun Chen, and Tan Junshan; their hearts swelled with joy upon learning that Liu Ying and the Starpierced were harmoniously aligned.

The Stoneborn warriors were indifferent to the clash between Yu Yuan and Norant. Once granted permission, they set out to seek an audience with the Turtle God.

The Turtle God was a pivotal figure for the Stoneborn Tribe's venture into the Ashlands. Several ninth-level Stoneborn warriors aspired to shatter their bloodline constraints with the Turtle God's aid, aiming to ascend to the pinnacle of the tenth level.

Jessica of the Silverscale Tribe, having previously witnessed Yu Yuan's might, remained unbothered by Norant's challenge. She guided her tribe, following the Abyssal Greater Basilisk's directions, to select a star suitable for their settlement.

With the Tyria Star temporarily inaccessible, those uninterested in the conflict between Norant and Yu Yuan departed from Eiwrone.

Soon after, the number of Otherkin warriors remaining on Eiwrone dwindled to half.

Norant brooded in silence, his reasons for anger unclear, refusing to speak with Cardo.

His glances towards Ballo were laced with hostility, for in his mind, Ballo's alliance with the chieftain Cardo was unbreakably strong. It was Ballo who had advised the chieftain to demand the Holy Armor and several Quasi-sacred Weapons from him.

Ballo, initially inclined to intercede on his behalf, chose to disengage upon witnessing Norant's obstinate demeanor.

That day, a dazzling light erupted within a shadowy subterranean cavern.

Yu Yuan's real body, accompanied by Zhou Cangmin and Yuan Lianyao, traversed the Domain Channel from the Everlands to the Ashlands via the Moonfall Sanctuary.

As Yu Yuan manifested, his blood clone seamlessly integrated with him.

A flush tinged Yu Yuan's cheeks as he cast a brief glance at Norant, adorned in the Holy Armor, and spoke, "Just a moment longer."

Yu Yuan cast the Dragon Slaying Stage into the sky, where the gleaming white stone platform expanded dramatically, matching the hue of the Eiwrone.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Beams of light, brimming with the secrets of space magic, cascaded from the Dragon Slaying Stage, infusing all the subterranean caverns on the surface of the Eiwrone.

He methodically sealed each cave that linked the Eiwrone to the Ashlands.

In times past, the Origin Deity had wielded his space magic to forge connections between the Origin Gate and the Eiwrone.

He harnessed the Eiwrone to capture vast amounts of cosmic energy, aiming to elevate his real body to the pinnacle of Evil Gods within the Abyss.

His astonishing tactics, coupled with the aid of the Voidweaver, had created hidden channels between the Eiwrone and various realms.

Now, Yu Yuan had set up the Dragon Slaying Stage as a lock on each Domain Channel.

He prevented the extraterrestrial powerhouses from using the remaining secret pathways to travel to and from the Ashlands at will.

This was particularly true for the Everlands!

The pathway linking the Moonfall Sanctuary to the Hellmouth had branched off due to frequent use by Zhong Chichen and himself, creating a tri-directional route connected to the Eiwrone in the Ashlands.

Zhong Chichen, along with other wandering cultivators, could traverse this passageway to and from the Ashlands.

Before leading Zhou Cangmin and Yuan Lianyao here, Yu Yuan had resolved to erect numerous barriers and restrictions, aiming to limit all visitors from the Everlands.

Now, Zhong Chichen and the other exalted beings from the Everlands would find it impossible to instantly cross the myriad spatial barriers from the Moonfall Sanctuary to the Eiwrone in the Ashlands.

The words of Soul-Capturing had cast a shadow over his heart, compelling him to proceed with utmost caution.

"Ruby Hand, Zhou Cangmin, Yuan Lianyao."

As Yu Yuan activated the Dragon Slaying Stage, Shi Jing'er, Feng Zhong, and Zhongli Dapan from the Skyreach Consortium, along with other onlookers, were visibly taken aback.

The presence of Zhou Cangmin and Yuan Lianyao was significant.

These two cultivators from the Ruby Hand had boldly accompanied Yu Yuan to the Ashlands without apparent reservation. What implications did this hold?

The Ruby Hand had cast aside the constraints of the five major powers and was no longer concerned with Han Miaoyuan, the human race's leader.

"That star? Why is it so brilliantly dazzling and vibrant?"

Zhou Cangmin, now only in his Solar Spirit Body, and Yuan Lianyao arrived with smiles, warmly greeting Zhou You and Feng Zhong. They then turned their gaze to Tyria, amidst a multitude of swirling energy vortices, and expressed their amazement.

The Eiwrone, relocated nearby, allowed for a clear view of the pale golden Tyria, enshrouded by a Star River of psionic power, thick as mist.

It vastly surpassed the Everlands!

"The Boulderdawn Consortium plans to use Tyria to forge a new Everlands. Tyria is significantly larger, richer in resources and minerals, and the surrounding cosmic energy is exponentially denser," Shi Jing'er said, her eyes alight with wonder. "According to the Consortium, this Tyria will be home to even mightier beings and will enable the condensation of more Origins."

"A new Everlands!"

Zhou Cangmin and Yuan Lianyao were profoundly moved.

Only now did they understand why the Skyreach Consortium and so many extraterrestrial races were in league with the Boulderdawn Consortium.

The Boulderdawn Consortium's ambitions were far greater than they had ever imagined!

"This is the grand vision of that esteemed figure from the past!"

Tianqi, towering like a grand mountain, watched Yu Yuan casting spells on the Dragon Slaying Stage, his voice deep and resonant.

"Dragon slayer!"

"God-King Taiyin!"

Thunderous rumbles echoed as the colossal stars, encircled by massive energy vortices, emitted dull vibrations and bursts of colorful light.

"What's happening?" Yuan Lianyao inquired, intrigued.

"Lord Taishi is currently beneath Tyria, laying out the cosmic order he has mastered," explained Jiang Miaojie, her beauty striking as she smiled with pursed lips, adorned in a moon-white dress with floral embroidery.

Her body radiated a pure divine glow, and her eyes, as clear as a mountain brook, frequently rested on Yuan Lianyao, betraying a deep curiosity about this woman whose relationship with Yu Yuan had always been ambiguous.

Yuan Lianyao regarded her with a curious expression. "And you are?"

"I'm also a member of Boulderdawn, though I was born off-world. My name is Jiang Miaojie."

"Ah."

Yuan Lianyao nodded slightly and turned her attention to Denise, who was still engaged with the Eiwrone. Her gaze then shifted to Elena, who had been in the Earth-Tethered Cage.

Elena's eyes held a deep, affectionate look when she gazed at Yu Yuan, a sentiment Yuan Lianyao, being a woman herself, understood immediately.

Denise, adorned in luxurious attire and starshard jewelry, softly counseled Elena while subtly gesturing towards Yu Yuan and whispering something that caused a twinge of sourness in Yuan Lianyao's heart.

"Alright."

Once the resplendent pillars of light had formed numerous barriers and restrictions connected to the Dragon Slaying Stage within the Eiwrone, Yu Yuan finally allowed himself to relax.

From that moment on, anyone attempting to enter the Ashlands via a space tunnel would trigger the barriers, alerting the Dragon Slaying Stage.

Yu Yuan would be aware of their presence instantly, no matter where they were. This was particularly true for individuals like Zhong Chichen and Jihui, who were adept in space magic.

"Paladin of Radiance, Norant."

The Solar Spirit remained stationed at the Abyssal Gate, but Yu Yuan's real body, skilled in space magic, grasped the Dragon Slaying Stage and smiled at the Sunward Legion's general, clearly a victim of Cardo's machinations. "One last time, I ask you: do you truly intend to challenge me?"

This time, Norant hesitated, not responding immediately. He glanced uncertainly at High Priest Reid and the Sky Fiend Youqian.

While waiting for Yu Yuan's real body to arrive at the Eiwrone, High Priest Reid had casually shared tales of his time in the Dark Star. He spoke of the Root of the Solar Meridian, created by the Blood Fiend and consumed by Yu Yuan's Solar Spirit.

Reid also recounted Yu Yuan's confrontations with the formidable Dark Phoenix.

No matter how impulsive Norant had been, he now approached the situation with caution.

"Yu Yuan, where is your Solar Spirit?" Cardo, with her delicate beauty reminiscent of a finely carved jade, inquired with a sweet smile.

"It can't make it to the Ashlands at the moment; there are more pressing matters to attend to," Yu Yuan responded.

"Really?" Cardo appeared to be seriously contemplating the situation. "It seems somewhat unfair for the Solar Spirit to be absent. Perhaps we should call it off?"

"No way!" Norant bellowed.

Upon learning that Yu Yuan's Solar Spirit was unable to return, the Paladin of Radiance, who had been wavering, suddenly found a surge of bravery.

Cardo gently shook her head, "No, this isn't right."

With a thunderous roar, Norant leapt into the air, his Holy Armor blazing with light. Like a dazzling projectile, he soared towards Yu Yuan, declaring, "Let's see how formidable you are!"

Yu Yuan's gaze, heavy with meaning, briefly met Cardo's before he hurled the Dragon Slaying Stage forward.

The colossal, millstone-like Dragon Slaying Stage plummeted, bringing down the Paladin of Radiance and his famed holy weapon from the heights of the sky, casting them toward the dark depths of the Star River.

Norant failed to withstand even a single strike from the Dragon Slaying Stage.
